My favorite part of this is when Ramin Djawadi plays his solo. As the composer, by improvising heavily and deviating from the melody as written, he gave everyone else permission to be as creative as they wanted with their parts. Before that moment, everyone was mostly playing the melody

As a country player, for sure. As a technical guitarist, Nuno probably shreds everybody in the room. For hard rock riffing then I'd go with Morello. And for straight rhythm I am going with Ian. Every guitar player has their specialty.

I'm no huge country fan but I sure in the hell know who Brad is, along with Chat Atkins, Vince Gill, Glen Campbell, Albert Lee, Keith Urban, and Roy Buchanan, just to name a view of the many great awesome country guitarist. I always rave n try to get others to discover them.

This has hands down got to be one of the best collabs of all time. Each had a part to play individually. I love that Scott held it down and let the others play magnificently. And who would have expected the co-creator of GOT, Dan Weiss, to be that awesome. He was at home playing with these legends.

IMO, this is still by far the greatest take on GOT theme song. Tom, Nuno, Brad were killing it. Fender should do a lot more of this kind of collaborations.

I love all of these but I can tell Ramin is the composer. His part was by far my favorite. He made his guitar sing as part of the orchestra of talented musicians.

Tom and Brad had the best solos by far, they were the only ones who's playing didn't feel forced and also just flowed naturally.

Nuno shreds automatically, its almost like he forgets he's holding the guitar lol. What a musician.

You can tell everyone thought Brad Paisley was going to play like a noob, and he ended up schooling them instead. The looks on their faces is priceless.

That was freaking unreal! Nuno has been one of my favorite guitarists for most of my life. Brad Paisley is a certain favorite in the country genre. I don't think most people realize what an amazing guitar player Brad Paisley really is. Tom and Scott are also absolutely awesome. And who knew that the composers were so amazing?!

I'm a drummer...but this really blew my mind. It's great to see all these big names, but no egos. I thoroughly enjoyed how each guitarist was able to shine as a whole accenting great, and as a star, a solo. None of them lost sight of the main melody, and honestly they all just worked together wonderfully. I will keep coming back to this one for sure.

I love how they dissed Brad Paisley, he said “hold my beer”, and shut them up hard.

Can we give Scott some credit for holding down that rhythm
