    My favorite part of this is when Ramin Djawadi plays his solo. As the composer, by improvising heavily and deviating from the melody as written, he gave everyone else permission to be as creative as they wanted with their parts. Before that moment, everyone was mostly playing the melody

    As a country player, for sure. As a technical guitarist, Nuno probably shreds everybody in the room. For hard rock riffing then I'd go with Morello. And for straight rhythm I am going with Ian. Every guitar player has their specialty.

    IMO, this is still by far the greatest take on GOT theme song. Tom, Nuno, Brad were killing it. Fender should do a lot more of this kind of collaborations.

    That was freaking unreal! Nuno has been one of my favorite guitarists for most of my life. Brad Paisley is a certain favorite in the country genre. I don't think most people realize what an amazing guitar player Brad Paisley really is. Tom and Scott are also absolutely awesome. And who knew that the composers were so amazing?!

    I'm a drummer...but this really blew my mind. It's great to see all these big names, but no egos. I thoroughly enjoyed how each guitarist was able to shine as a whole accenting great, and as a star, a solo. None of them lost sight of the main melody, and honestly they all just worked together wonderfully. I will keep coming back to this one for sure.
