Check out 'Gotham City - The Unknown' as well, a cult classic album among of early 80s Swedish heavy metal.

Without a doubt, it is one of the greatest classics in the history of heavy metal. The song 'Heavy Metal Angels' is a metal anthem. Everything on this record is perfect, one of the most beautiful guitar tones of all time. They managed to create a unique, authentic sound, full of feeling, impossible to hear and not be moved, impossible to hear and not be even more convinced: I love heavy metal!

Heard this tonight on the local radio program "Megawatt Mayhem" 🤘

Sweden had a few great Heavy Metal bands in the early 1980s Silver Mountain , Overdrive ,Trance , Heavy Load , 220 Volt , and the best guitar player ever to be Yngwie J. Malmsteen . Sorry if I misspelled the man's phony stage name . Heavy Load should have been huge , what an impeccable sense of melody . Pitch perfect vocals

They sound so NWOBHM , I sometimes forget they are Swedish . Ironically I like Gotham City better than any of the artists I mentioned
