Heart Opening Chocolates in 5 easy steps: For Valentine's Day or Any Day
Open the heart, relax, and encourage peaceful, flowing, connectedness. Herbs that are traditionally called aphrodisiacs are used in this recipe. They help us to see from, and sit in our hearts with love and presence.
Today's Recipe Ingredients:
1 cup organic black 100% chocolate dollops; you can use 85% to 70% (4 oz by weight)
2 tablespoon coconut oil
2 teaspoons raw honey (if using black chocolate) or to taste
6 tablespoons dried shredded coconut, organic, unsweetened
2 tablespoons chopped date
1 teaspoon damiana tincture
1 teaspoon rose tincture
1 teaspoon vanilla tincture / extract
1 teaspoon rose hip powder
1 teaspoon rose bud powder
1 teaspoon nutmeg powder
¼ teaspoon cardamom powder (from lightly toasted seed)
Pinch Celtic sea salt
5 Easy Steps
1. Melt chocolate and coconut, and honey if adding, in double boiler.
2. Grind herbs and spices.
3. Combine all ingredients.
4. Let mixture thicken.
5. By the spoonful, drop on parchment paper to completely solidify in a cool place. Store in a cool, air-tight container.
To your heart!

Very nice presentation. Do you think Heartease (violet tincture) could be used in place of the other tinctures? Or dried damiana powdered? THANK YOU.

Thanks for watching and appreciating the video. Violet would add a nice touch, but not the same as the other tinctures. Damiana dried sounds interesting. Keep in mind that it is pretty bitter, so not sure how much you'd want to add. But it's def. worth experimenting with. Keep us posted. Happy Valentine's Day!

Hello Therese, good to hear from you! Thanks for you comment. Yes, you can put them into silicone molds; doing so before they thicken. Not sure about rolling them with hands. And the course(s) you've signed up for are still yours...and no "bad girl"... they are meant for you to watch and learn at your own pace. Be well! Dina

Great thank you! I enjoy botanical and cooking lectures/recipes. Is there any alternative to coconut oil for this of a less saturated fats nature? Love
@DinaFalconi

Hmm..... I don't know if you can sub another less saturated fat for this, but you can try it w/out the coconut oil.
