Healthy lactose-free plant milk! Vegan oat milk in 2 minutes

Hello, my friends! Today we are going to make a very healthy oat milk from just two ingredients. The milk can be used for cooking oatmeal, as an addition to coffee or as a drink on its own. As a bonus, I'll show you how to make an omelette from leftover oatmeal. Enjoy your meal!
Oat milk
Ingredients:
100 g rolled oats
1000 ml water
Leave to soak for 6 hours
Use gauze for straining
Do not throw away leftover oatmeal, but make an omelette with it.
Omelette
Ingredients:
leftover oatmeal
1 egg
salt
vegetable oil
Fry for about 5-7 minutes over a medium heat
