Ingredients:
300 g chicken fillet
50 ml soy sauce
1 chilli pepper
50 ml vegetable oil
1 clove of garlic
1 carrot
1 teaspoon Chinese seasoning

250 g Chinese noodles
boiling water
1 Chinese cabbage (pak choi)
fresh mint
fresh coriander
- Marinate the chicken fillet for 15-20 minutes
- Roast the chicken fillet for 5 minutes over a high heat
- Pour boiling water over the Chinese noodles and leave to stand for 10 minutes.
- Add the Chinese cabbage (pak choi), mint and coriander to the noodles and stir-fry for 1 minute, then turn off the heat.
