One important thing, that most people forget to mention, is that when talking about healthy/toxic things, you always have to specify what amount you are talking about. Everything can be toxic, if you eat enough of it.

@@pamyork1589 cut a circle around the crown with a paring knife, twist, then take that part off. Go down the sidelines of the pomegranate with the knife to almost the bottom, you should make 5 cuts total. (You’ll see the lines once you have it in your hands and sorta study at it for a minute) peel back those sides, take a wooden spoon and over a large bowl, SPANKY SPANKY SPANK THAT THING!!! The seeds will pop out! Also, rinse seeds in some water, just to make sure they’re clean. Enjoy!!! After you do about 5, you’ll be used to opening it. It’s tedious, but faster than pulling seeds out individually. I hope that helped!

In America and Europe only. Come to Asia, you'll find fruits and veggies with much more nutrition content. Amla(Indian gooseberry) has 20 times more vitamin C than in oranges and that's just oke out of a million examples

I live in Philadelphia, PA. Harvested strawberries in May and harvesting blueberries and blackberries now. Yes, they are local. My grapes, fig, plums, and pears will be harvested in August. Shout out to Free Tree Philly.

@@trexoii4632plant antioxidants are not nutrients for humans, they just stop the fruit from browning. many are even toxic, you can't eat garlic or onion until satiation without releasing said toxins first. meat has real antioxidants that the human body can use.

You are absolutely right Dacia because if it doesn't have any seeds in it that means it has definitely been manufactured in a lab if there are no seeds in it it cannot reproduce itself so we are eating fruit that has no nutritional value whatsoever and I'm trying to figure out why are they Manufacturing our produce.

Bromelain, the enzyme in pineapple, will eat away any kind of tissue if exposed long enough. Giving you mouth sores. But it’s also a great meat tenderizer. Soak any tough steak in it for an hour(NO LONGER), and it will be the most tender steak ever.

Actually the reason why some of those fruits you listed are the best fruits is because they have little or no fructose. Fructose is the most aging of sugars, causes the most cancer, and causes massive amounts of weight gain. This is why somebody likes Suzanne Somers husband who was doing meat and fruit got fat.

I live in Philadelphia, PA. Harvested strawberries in May and harvesting blueberries and blackberries now. Yes, they are local. My grapes, fig, plums, and pears will be harvested in August. Shout out to Free Tree Philly.

Apples are healthy too and provide alot of antioxidants and viber, media wants you to assume that only certains fruit are better than others, its true for some, but just grabbing a fruit is already healthy

@@trexoii4632plant antioxidants are not nutrients for humans, they just stop the fruit from browning. many are even toxic, you can't eat garlic or onion until satiation without releasing said toxins first. meat has real antioxidants that the human body can use.

You are absolutely right Dacia because if it doesn't have any seeds in it that means it has definitely been manufactured in a lab if there are no seeds in it it cannot reproduce itself so we are eating fruit that has no nutritional value whatsoever and I'm trying to figure out why are they Manufacturing our produce.

Sigh. Avocados, pomegranates and berries are too expensive for us to buy. Kiwi and pineapple are more affordable, but I'm allergic to them. I'll just continue eating an apple a day until my bank account rises 😢

Here’s a few facts that’ll blow your mind. A strawberry isn’t really a berry , just like how a peanut isn’t a nut despite the name , it’s a legume , an avocado is a berry and so is a banana.

You may be allergic to them! So, don't eat them! There is a plethora of other fruits that you can eat! And if you aren't sure, then go and get an allergy test done on you that could tell you what you may be allergic to.

I find it so funny that pineapple has anti inflammatory Compounds as they make my mouth and throat swell up (I am unfortunately allergic)

Bromelain, the enzyme in pineapple, will eat away any kind of tissue if exposed long enough. Giving you mouth sores. But it’s also a great meat tenderizer. Soak any tough steak in it for an hour(NO LONGER), and it will be the most tender steak ever.

Actually the reason why some of those fruits you listed are the best fruits is because they have little or no fructose. Fructose is the most aging of sugars, causes the most cancer, and causes massive amounts of weight gain. This is why somebody likes Suzanne Somers husband who was doing meat and fruit got fat.
What about Apple.
Blue berries have blue 1 straw berries have red 40 and kiwis have green 9

Not so. I've eaten very few organic items of any kind, and my skin,BP,resting pulse rate , cholesterol, etc ,are ALL super. Learn to clean your produce,,and save your scratch!

look for glycimex index & glycimex load. the 1 need to be consent is fructose & glucose. some more, why some of fruits/veges have fiber + sugar? what fiber do to the sugar? more fiber in it, more filter by natural ways
