The daughter had a real treat watching marks expression live.😂
Now that's seafood! The ladies know what they are doing. "It's raining flavor," couldn't agree with you more. What nice families.
Good on the girls for showing you great Aussie produce and hospitality…love the backstory and wish them nothing but success..they should be proud they done a great job of representing the country…these girls know their stuff 👍🏽🇦🇺✌🏽🤙🏽
Australian seafood is top quality and it looks like they did a top job with the marinades and grilling. Yum, yum!
Please don’t judge all Americans the same. That was an awesome display of grilling that left me wanting more, and extremely hungry as well. To the ladies much love and respect you have a beautiful family.

Australia 🦘 is a beautiful place to visit, the seafood 🦞 looks so fresh and huge. I never seen a huge lobster/ crawfish/ oysters like that before, glad you enjoyed the food, you and your family too.
I’m amazed how Mark never runs out of superlatives! And also amazed at his legendary appetite! I grew up in Australia in the nineteen fifties and sixties when most Australians had an aversion to seafood and were accustomed to a sad and indifferently prepared piece of fish on Friday nights. My family were immigrants from China and we were omnivores so we relished the rich bounty of seafood such as we see here in this video. What a feast we had! Thanks Mark for a journey down memory lane. From California.
Man Australia has the perfect combinations of foods, the mouth is creating some huge waterfalls 😍 Lovely Family and great hospitality!

The food looks fantastic. I love seafood, but I have never seen oysters that big before. I would have been full after the ostrich egg on the roll and the oysters. This is the first time I have seen the Grill Sisters and I am so impressed. Their cooking and timing was fantastic and they finished cooking it all before it started to rain.
Now that is the ultimate Aussie BBQ. Well done girls! Unbelievable!

Australian food is definitely a mix between different countries, but this kind of meal is really only eaten by the rich. "Normal" people do not eat Ostrich eggs (which come from animals native to Africa and over here farmed ones cost AU$ 50.00 each), or Oysters that big, or easily 300$ worth of Octopus in a single meal.

You will probably agree with me, but there's nothing more Australian and "Common man" than eating an AU$50.00 OSTRICH egg from a bird native to AFRICA on my giant 700$ garden fireplace with a huge and expensive barbecue grill on top - before our "Surf and Turf" meal of EASILY AU$1000.00 of meat, prepared badly, overcooked, and consumed like junk food. :) It makes me proud to be an Australian. :) Peace! *This is all my personal opinion.
I enjoyed watching how the two sisters worked together in sync and would get there cookbook for greater bbq food experience
