Bark and Jack give me that SKX009. Stumbled upon you channel a week ago and absolutely love it. Especially the vids where you discuss the details of a certain watch aswell as the mods videos. I've been working on the design of a watch myself, but I want to learn more first by making some parts and doing mods on existing watches. Thats why I'd love to get my hands on any common Seiko from the SKX range, but my engineering student budget won't let me at the moment ;) Keep up the great work Adrian! I really love what you are doing!

First of all congrats, great achievement, just passed the 900 mark so I can tell how hard it is. SKX is everybody’s darling and it’s a beautiful watch, especially on the jubilee bracelet. The blue to me is more versatile than the black, I myself though prefer the blue citizen promaster which actually comes with an additional manual wind-able movement. Looking forward to the upcoming reviews, keep up the good work, cheers for another 10k, greetings from Germany, Konstantin 👍🏻

“BARK AND JACK GIVE ME THAT SKX009” ....I recently lost my skx while swimming on a holiday (i knew i should have put a nato on rather that good ol jubilee but there you go) and been looking to replace it with another skx simply because i love this watch to bits...having owned rolexes and omegas in the past, skx has been one watch that never got flipped and always had its stable place in my collection...i think this says it all...this video is like a godsend to me and i`ll be hoping to hear from you, Adrian :-) congratulations to your 10k subscribers, your channel is one of those i go to often and this way i want to thank you for bringing interesting and quality content...keep it up!

My father recently broke his work horse watch, a Tag Heuer Calibre 6, he's banged it up and dropped it a couple of times which has caused the movement to stop working entirely. I'd love to win this watch for him because I think he will definitely appreciate not only the watch itself but the timing bezel as he works in a kitchen environment and it will definitely help him keep track of time on things. Hello. I own a Seiko Pepsi with over a hundred dives to it's log (among which a -65 metres) and it's been running beautifully for more than ten years. It has been a bit fast during the first eight years (+ 3 minutes/month), and the accuracy has improved over the last two years, so I guess the frictions in the movement are increasing a little... But, so far, so good! This is by far the best watch I've ever had. At the time, I paid 200€ for this timepiece, and that was (as time has told) really worth it! Seiko is a high quality and reliable brand with reasonable prices. A friend of mine bought a 600€ Tissot that got full of water after five -30 metres dives (maybe an expensive fake... ). But if you don't dive, I believe any middle of the road fake or cheaper brand should do the job. And speaking about accuracy, we all have atomic controled time on our smartphones... When Covid period is over (and international postal service back to normal), I may go for a Russian "Vostok" watch ( meranom.com/en/amphibian-classic/ ) which I discovered recently. Automatic and waterproof, some original designs, same factory since 1942 and appointed by the Russian army. From 60$ to 300$, but same movement inside. They also have more expensive and designer models fitted with some Japanese movement.

SKX007/009 best bang for the buck in a ISO cert dive watch. Just pulled mine off the time grapher and with a little bit of adjustment have mine running to within +- 4 sec per day. Love your style and reviews.

I bought(got for Christmas from my wonderful girlfriend) a Seiko SNXS77 (my first mechanical watch who's brother you did a great review on a few weeks ago) and I have loved it so much. The character of the 7s26c makes it even more special for me. For me, the SKX009 is the perfect value watch, the most value you can get in a case with a no-frills movement that you can wear every day. I plan to wear my SKX (if I win) as my everyday watch as it can go with anything and will fit in great with my work, especially on that jubilee. Love your channel, love the SKX009, keep on doing such a great job.

Congrats on now 13k subs. Blue's my favorite color, the watch looks quite incredible. I've been looking at getting my first mechanical watch, been considering the Seiko 5, Orient 3 star, seagull, as well as some others. I really quite like the looks of that 009 but it's a bit more spendy than I'm looking for in my first mechanical watch (and I'm not sure if my ~6.5"ish wrist can carry it well).

Bark And Jack Give Me That SKX009! I've only recently gotten interested in watches and I've been looking at picking up one of the Seiko 5's and I've been split between this and the SNK803. On the whole I don't really like diving watches because they tend to look like they're trying to be rolex's (in my opinion), but I like the 009 as it sets itself apart from the crowd with the two tone bezel, but split in a different place to say the GMT Master II, and the navy dial. Really nice watch. Keep up the good work by the way, your videos are really nicely produced and I dig the whole coffee motif throughout them.
