@Nica the prosecutor accepted it. Of course his defense lawyer would accept a 3 year prison sentence for murder. The prosecutor is the problem, he probably offered the plea deal. That is why they all have to be voted out of office

The DA offered the plea deal because he reviewed the evidence the defense planned to introduce at trial and saw that it was unlikely the officer would be convicted. Would you have rather seen him acquitted? Because that was a very likely possibility if they went to trial.

They would not have to be in court all because of the choice that Daniel Hambrick made. What kind of disability did his mother have? Not a disability of using cuss words in the Judge court room. All I can say is Wow! The Judge could have put all of them in jail that day. They should be very thankful that he did not

We have two justice systems in America! One for public officials/ the wealthy and one for the rest of us! If We the people could unite we could finally bring change! But they want us divided to continue the control! That goes for all branches of government and the Elites who run this country!

This was a slap in the face to the entire nation. Now We all know as taxpayers a plea deal is unacceptable. If your family member got gunned down by a bully in blue for no reason. That is just simply not true. a judge does not have to accept a plea bargin between a prosecutor and a defendant. In this case, the defendant simply offered to donate money under the table to the prosecutor's reelection campaign and in exchange they offered him a plea bargin. It happens every day in State Attorneys offices across the country.

@@jonburrows2684 I've researched this story since it happened. The cop was in a high speed chase with a man in a white Impala. He lost the man and saw Daniel pulling into the apartment complex in a white car (not even an Impala) Daniel did run away from the cop( I'm sure out of fear) but the cop, his department, and the union lied about Daniel pulling a gun. They weren't aware at the time of the street camera footage that caught the murder! Of course that was never really addressed and they claim there is a missing piece of the video that showed him with the gun! They did this as a tactic to prevent the grand jury from seeing the video in court at all! The judge refused their missing piece claim and allowed the full video to be shown in court. Which led to the grand jury charging the cop with premeditated first degree murder! People are making comments and pushing false claims to make this the victims fault. Of course the rest is him making a deal with the DA which should have never been allowed for the 3 yr sentence which he won't even do the 3 and he resigned from the department which concerns me, it is possible for him to become a cop again!
