I had the pleasure to actually meet her from a distance of course but it turns out as I and my girlfriend were sitting on the main floor as I looked up above around two tiers up at the reconstruction Grand Avenue Mall in Milwaukee during Holly was looking down upon us. I was shucks and disbelief because I just seen her husband maybe either that day or earlier the day before... He was waiting for a beautiful woman crossing the street while he was leaning against his luxury car and it wasn't his famous wife. BTW Halle Berry at the mall might not been aware of it but she has security around her... Milwaukee Police Officers and mall security nearby.

If you look at the actual Video- she defintely looks like she is into . She is embracing him during the Kiss with her arms around the neck. She did seem despite what says in the Video to be enojoying it. If it had been truly non consensual, she would have been trying to push him away. with her arms and hands. This is Hollywood where people will have pretend kisses with strangers that is their fellow actor or actresses in film and on stage. I think about a year later, Queen Latifa satirized this by grabbing Adrien Brody and giving him a big Kiss. It is possible that Hallie Berry despite what she is saying now either knew about this before hand or didn't think it was that big a deal. I also don't think a Kiss at least in this context between actors as a kind of Joke can be considered Sexual Assault. I think Jim Carrie a few years during the Oscars or some other Award Ceremony try to kiss a Male Actor on the lips as perhaps a Homage to the Adrien Brody/Hallie Berry Kiss, but the actor pushed him away. The actor didn't file attempted Sexual assault Charges against Jim Carrie. Things have gotten a little tighter since the Me Too Movement of the last few years so now Adrien' Brody's actions would have had much more serious consequences.

Yeah um, it’s up to her if she wants to press charges, which is usually unlikely, cos you don’t know what’s going on between them, but I hope you do realise in all seriousness that if someone kisses you full on the mouth without you expecting it or wanting it, it is perfectly valid to cast it as sexual assault. I’m kinda glad that this wouldn’t happen in today’s age, I for one think it’s a good thing that unwanted sexual attacks are now seen as controversial.

I don't watch Andy or any of his gallery of the gauche and gaudy reality people. But I used to watch Surivivor and Big Brother back in the aughts and have seen the SNL parodies. There is a difference between a bunch of rowdy miscreants wantonly cursing hate at each other in a free-for-all circus, and a civilized person sitting for a 1-on-1 interview asking if it's OK to say the word she wanted to say. The first scenario, they can't bleep out specific words and keep the conversation understandable for the audience. In the second, the bleeper has time to prepare and the audience can keep up. I'm not even a broadcaster and can probably say this is not even Broadcaster 101. It's Common Sense 101.

I remember feeling so uncomfortable (for Halle) while watching this Oscar encounter. She was a very good sport about the unwanted assault (especially since everyone knows that he could not pull that shit today). Assault is assault, and it doesn't matter if the attacker is gorgeous or ugly, he had no right to force himself upon her. I never did hear if he ever apologized to her. I think she's still within the time limit for taking him to court. It was wrong on so many levels.

Chelsea - thank you for remaining classy despite dipshits posting inane responses that make no sense. It's times like this that I'm grateful they are anonymous posters as who knows?
