Mate you nailed it I downvoted because of this,do they not understand when you interview you ask a question then shut up until the person has finished speaking then you can give your opinion or ask another question? What bugged me the most was Halle was explaining her diet but got cut off...yeah nice one ladies

It's proven by science that black people age slower because we have melanin which protects the skin cells from absorbing more light which results to less wrinkles.

+Deer Heart being black has a lot to do with it we have melanin which white people don't have and if they do have it it's a very little percentage. the melanin which is the color of our skin helps us protection from the Sun as well as we look younger if we take care of our bodies it's a blessing from God put it that way. unfortunately white people were originally a curse call leprosy y'all kept reproducing white is a lack of melanin

Carbs are not bad. Yes, some carbs are healthier than others, but a healthy amount of carbs is 200-300 per day.... low carb diets aren't necessary to lose weight or stay healthy. Low carb diets are usually temporary & can start to effort your body after awhile.

She’s a type 1 diabetic who says keto has made it so she has become insulin free. If that’s true it’s a pretty dangerous way to live. It’s pretty unheard of a type 1 Diabetic not needing long acting insulin or a constant insulin drip. So more than likely her average blood glucose would run higher, but if she ate absolutely no carbohydrates it would eventually result in a lower average blood sugar as well. But blood sugar can be effected by more than just food. Such as heat, exercise, and hormones. If she did have a low blood sugar, she would have to consume some form of carbohydrate to raise it. Unless she used emergency glucagon... but that’s a stretch to say the least. Ultimately having high blood sugars result in ketosis, much like the diet she’s claiming to participate in. It would be difficult to determine which cases the low body fat. The diabetic one is very harmful to the body, and the diet form is much healthier as normal person at least. And making claims like this to very hopeful people, can be very harmful.

Keto works wonders for diabetics. Humans have lived for the longest time on the planet without eating processed food, pasta, rice, wheat, grains and sweets, We still have the same genetics as our ancestors who ate whole food, fished, hunted, and picked fruits and some plants. We might like processed carbs but we don't need them. Our bodies make carbs from the natural food we eat.

  • @EveryCrazyDay

@@isabellegiorgis2975 not one thing you mentioned supports how it’s okay for a diabetic. To be clear a type 1 diabetic would simply be dead without modern medicine, and most diabetics died quickly after diagnosis prior to the 20s-30s. So who care about what a normal human survived off of because a diabetic would simply be dead. Processed food is worse than whole food fine but I’m talking about the necessity for sugars and carbohydrates as a diabetic. So please unless you are a diabetic, endocrine doctor or have a random knowledge on diabetes please kindly, be quiet.

Good evening, how are you? It can be healthy not to eat carbs, or limit them, but triglycerides, yes, need to be limited, but over taxing your body's natural needs of proportion in food stuffs could lead to other health effects. So, maybe mix in one slice of rye or grain bread in the morning, and evening, could be afternoon, too. Personally I suffer from non diabetic hypoglycemia since a child, so, um, yes I could keep better tabs on the food stuffs I consume, just being honest. But I need regular, not necessarily six smaller meals, but carb. loading, and enough exercise not to let the triglycerides grow in proportion in my body's system. Oats help, and believe it or not, a little light beer or wine does help, I suppose absorbent fiber like oats and balanced other food stuffs, like roughage for the fat to be contained and leave the body. Not too much alcohol, of course, but it seems it has dilating the blood vessels and dislodging some forming plaque with fat in the blood stream. Yes, we always hear 'moderation,' but it is complete truth to have self control discipline without a paranoid judgement of one's self. So, once in a while, an extra dessert, and then exercise it out, before a moment in the palate and forever on the um, love handles, LOL. So, I do like your diet recommendations. Peace. Yours truly, Joe. note: Jon Cithisen is a pen name.

Research proves that folks on keto had much lower triglycerides than those eating carbs.

She is not actually right about her advice to do cardio only for fat burning. It is great for heart health for sure. But, often women think that doing cardio is the be all end all to weight loss and it's not. Too much cardio and only doing cardio eventually puts the body into stress mode, which then causes the body to raise its cortisol levels and they will gain weight or stop losing weight and hit a wall on further weight loss. Weight training has to be included into the workout somehow with a cardio routine.
