MBBS degree from India is treated as equivalent to academic degree of MD in the USA. In addition the MBBS Doctors needs to get Board Certified before they can practice medicine in the USA. Many MBBS degree holders after having completed their Board Certification are Practicing medicine in the USA as well teaching medicine in medical colleges like Stanford Medical. Please don't slander the achievement of MBBS degree as equivalent to getting a BA Degree. Can someone just walk in and get admission to MBBS in Pakistan.
