idk if you've tried it this way before or not for the seated leg press machine (@12:10) but try positioning your feet as low as you're able. definitely will feel the burn in your quads/calves x10 ps. LOVEE your vlogs

Awesome gym vlog. ❤❤Tryna to get back to working out and gaining muscle overall my whole body but mostly more in my legs. I’ve lost a ton of weight being previously sick. Do u have any tips on gaining more value in muscle mass? Sets and reps?

So glad you enjoyed the video! Make sure you have a heavy protein based diet & you’re consistent in the gym. If you’re just getting back in the gym…weight, sets & reps are going to vary depending on each individual. I would say for a beginner starting with 5-6 exercise 2-3 sets 8-12 reps (if you’re focus is weight gain)

Hey! A lot of it for me was trial & consistency. I really can’t stress the importance of diet. A lot of the problem is ppl put so much work in the gym but don’t see changes bc they aren’t eating probably. Continue to watch others, do some of your own research, and see what’s best for you😊👍🏾
