She knew enough to say, “I don’t need to know that.” The only way that that reply makes sense is that she is AWARE that DM was undertaking a range of DEALS. Surely, after 5 YEARS of a close relationship, GB would have some inkling of his money-making, at least. And it is likely that she KNEW enough to avoid and turn a blind eye to ANY of his activities. Her role as Premier requires her to be prudent and alert to the laws of our community. Not remembering may be true but then, stating that she DIDN’T KNOW... shows that she can remember enough to deny any allegations. If you can’t remember something then, you can’t remember ANY PART of a situation. Claiming that she is only human means that if the rest of us would share “pillow talk”, then GB would, too!

That's just the way our political system works. Think about it like this the Governor is the person whose job it is to hire and fire the Premier. The Governor has no democratic legitimacy so they try to appoint as Premier the person who can best fill that legitimacy vacuum - and is able to run a Government. All the constitutional conventions around Premier appointment and dismissal attempt to achieve this aim. So long story short, the Governor will not act unless there is a clear alternative, and she either loses her democratic legitimacy or is unable to govern. This could happen in a few ways: she loses an election, there is a vote of no confidence in the Legislative Assembly or the Legislative Council blocks supply. For the sake of argument let's say irrefutable evidence of corruption was found and she still refuses to resign. What would likely happen is there would be a spill and the Liberals would choose a new leader. If she still refused to resign they would vote no confidence in her and confidence in their new leader. The Governor would fire her and appoint the new leader of the Liberal party. Which is to say it is much more likely that she resigns before any of that happens. Kinda like Nixon, she'd resign if she knew she was going to lose the vote and be fired.

It's amazing the level of double standard the government has. If I walked into any job and literally pissed away tens of millions I'd be lucky if I wasn't sued. Being fired would be the least of my worries. But a politician does way worse and everyone's like "Oh leave them alone they're trying their best!" (in a strong bogan accent)

Dan also had ADF support if the police were giving him grief. Not sure how the location of the hotels is a factor? Did the other states quarantine their guests in non-CBD hotels? Nonetheless, the infected guards still went home/other jobs after their shifts at the hotel and thus helped spread the virus into the community. The compact green cylinders are actually not hay but rather a product called silage, a fermented pasture product. They get fresh cut pasture which has been immediately wrapped and the air removed to create an anaerobic environment so bacteria can digest the pasture increasing the pasture's high lactic acid content. They are useful to ruminates as lactate feeds the quadrillion microbes inside the cows rumen which it effectively farms as it's major food supply. Horses aren't ruminants therefore they can't do such. TL;DR the green bales aren't hay, they're yogurt for cows
