If she’d never entered politics, she would never have had the option of earning over 100k. It’s politics that gives her a cash platform to dive into any ocean or cash she wishes. Without it, she’d just be that creepy maskless woman in a hood from the ending of 1973s Dont Look Now.

I've been saying it for years- a LOT of money flows through this country, it's just that us "normies" aren't allowed to see any of it, it just goes to the James packers, the rupert murdochs, the Gina Rineharts... and apparently the slomos and bere'jerk'lians. Its a split economy. One half vibrant and prosperous, the other half poverty.

When we asked him why he was buying it instead of something a bit nicer, he said that he stored it in his cellar to use for business guests when they came around his house because "there is no way that they could tell the difference". All that thanks to our work, but first, thanks to the living standards and working conditions of "socialist" Australia, notice the inverted comas on socialist. But its true that Australia is the closest to Argentine Peronism in the fifties, with Peron and Evita. Gough is Australia's Peron....or maybe the train driver, instead?... What d'you reckon?.... I can hear you laughing, and maybe calling me names ... But Australia IS the closest to an egalitarian.society you can still get in the self nominated "first world". I must tell you that when it got to choosing a country to emigrate to, we "ran with advantage" my Croatian grandfather's brother ( all Croatians forebears on my side) had emigrated to NZ in 1927 and then to Perth at the end of WW II.So my grand fsther, and after his death, my father always kept in touch with him and we always knew about Australia a lot more than the average Joe US ?....no, thanks.I don't feel like begging to my boss for a 20 cents an hour pay rise. We' ve been always glad and prowd to pay our taxes for "socialist" Australia Back in Yugoslavia members of my family on my father and my mother's side fought the nazi-fascist as Tito's Partizans, that afected my tender child's mind, and today is the day I haven't recovered yet from socialism. NSW premier’s responsibilities would eclipse easily any private sector equivalent in the NSW economy not just by monetary value but also all the extra ‘powers’ that come with it. Whilst her performance is naturally up for debate… that’s politics but this tit for tat over her salary is so stupid. What should the premiered be paid $200k, $100k….. how about $1,000,000 if you like her and $25k if you don’t. She’s not even the highest paid public servant in NSW by a long shot. Her performance is determined at polls not by her salary.
