Thanks Jonni. Want to try that JM Press. I've been looking for a different triceps exercise; I've tried a bunch over the past year and none of it really seemed to smoke my triceps. Right now one of the exercises I do is the one armed overhead extension on the cable, with a slow eccentric and coming alllllll the way back behind my neck so my triceps stretch the heck out. My biceps get smoked but I just haven't really felt like I've really stressed my triceps in at least a couple years fml
I like the crossbody hammer curls. Takes more tension off the elbows and shoulders.

I always start with cables to warm up my triceps to avoid elbow pain.
Jonni, do you wear the vivo’s everywhere or just in the gym? Do you use them on leg day? Video review perhaps?
Is the Smith machine you use straight with no angle to it? And if so, I only have access to a old school machine that is at a slight angle. Would that work for the exercises you do with your smith machine 🤔
@jonnishreve %90 of the time after doing incline dumbbell curls I end up getting tendonitis on my shoulder, any tips? Ive lowered the weight to about %10 of what I can curl with bar

I have been doing John Medows 21" arm workout, I will give this one a go. For tricep extensions you didn't give a rep range and you only did one set?! Should I do 3 sets of 15-20 like the hammer curls?
For some reason i can lift heavier with the straight bar but it started hurting my wrist today for the first time

Agreed....Jonni good, Music not so much. The "music" def. takes away from his incredible instruction/guidance.
Science has proved that even if 2 second negatives or 10 seconds negatives. Both got same affect. There is no profit in holding weights for more seconds. But yes when we do, the pain of negatives feel so good. But it's for self desire, no profit in muscle gain
