沙葛Jicama : 芋头Taro 2:1
粘米粉 Rice Flour 300g
普通面粉 Flour 2tbsp
木薯粉 Tapioca Starch 2tbsp
海盐 Sea Salt 2 tsp
胡椒粉 Pepper 15g
耗油 Oyster Sauce 25g
五香粉 Five-spice powder 10g
鸡精块 Chicken Stock Cube 15g

一般上芋头就是主要的材料~没有放的话我也不知道可以用什么来代替😅感觉少了芋头就好像少了灵魂

Hi Chorhang, jicama is two big bowls and taro is one big bowl. Sorry to say that I didn't measure in grams 😊
