    thanks for ur recipe , i want to share my style of mint chutney recipe , too, i m always using chopped onion , green chilli , jeera , dhania , salt , sugar n little bit lemon juice mix all togather n grinde it ,this khatti mitti chutney is very digestive becoz of jeera n mint .so try this too, in my house everybody loves this mint chutney ,

    Here in NL I find the white onions to be way more sharp than the red ones. But the red onions here are much darker.

    The recipe looks great. What we get to see of it. Unless he's cooking with his face, I would really preferred to see less than 80% of the video looking at him talking and much more of the 'hands-on' cooking action. Sure, I could figure out what was happening that mattered. But I'd rather not have to. The skill of a chef is in their hands; not in their chatter. But I will test this recipe to see if it measures up to the five or six I have already. Have fun!!

    Thank you and please thank your mother, it's delicious ! But next time I only put 2 green chilis =) for my occidental taste 3 is too much ! I just blend 2 avocados with 1/4 of your green chutney and it makes a wonderful guacamole, miam ;-) Merci beaucoup

    I know that traditionally it's 2 parts coriander(cilantro) to 1 part mint. But I found that it tasted exactly like our local Indian restaurants when I went more toward 3 parts cilantro to 1 part mint. Seems like the recipe was a little changed when it was Americanized. Love your videos, thank you!!
