Hapy new yer kanakji.bahut hi tasty chatni batai .vaisey bhi aap ki recipies unique hoti hey aur m try bhi karti hu.

It was perfect recipe.. turned out pretty good for me, i didnt had boondi bt i added everything else still tasted yummyy

3 to 4 tbsp boondi 1 tbsp roasted Chana dal 2 to 3 tbps water 8 to 10 green chillies 1 inch ginger 3 to 4 cloves garlic Half tsp cumin seeds 1 bunch coriander leaves Few pudina leaves 1 lime juice Little water 1 tbsp rock salt

Yes you can use any salt but whole rock salt is recommended in video.

Kanak ji, great recipe thank you! I used only the roasted chana dal as I didn't have anything else. But it worked great. This recipe yielded the brightest green chutney I've ever made! Other recipes I've tried before always resulted in duller shades of green. And even though it's very teeka because of the number of chillies, the salt, the sugar (I added a pinch), the bread and the butter all worked together to balance it out.
