Hello and thanks for the information. I would like to know what happens with the 10 yr visa. My soon to be ex husband used me for a GC as well. I’ve been trying to instigate a class action lawsuit and plea for the laws to change. He was Jamaican and got the 10 yr not the 2 year. He enjoyed my money and we never lived together more than 3 months. He’s doing well in NV and gave me his ass to kiss after he got his needs met. I’m also working on a book series and hope to get others onboard to tell our stories of hurt and betrayal.

Left my ex husband about a year ago now. He decided he didn’t want kids when I brought it up one night over an issue with our kitten and told him I was ready. He said we were never having kids. Stayed up all night trying to work it out but neither of us would budge. I was devastated, was left with a choice of either no babies and have my husband or start my life over. I didn’t want to regret not have children 10 years from now. So that afternoon I grabbed a suitcase of clothes and my cat and moved into my parents living room. Lived with my parents for 3 weeks while looking for an apartment. Found one went back to my home that I had with my spouse took the Christmas stuff all my clothes hair stuff perfumes. And left. I left everything. I had to buy all new furniture electronics all of it. I left about 4-5 months after he got his conditional 2 year greeen card. So other than us buying a kitten together, him starting school, and me pushing for us to start having babies and looking at houses and failing at both he doesn’t have much. I still want the best for him. But is immigration going to look down on me for this?

I'm hoping you can help, Mr. Gray. I just received RFE for the I-130 that I have been waiting on for 13.5 months. Most of the evidence they want I cannot do because she is overseas. I think USCIS knows this, and just uses this to jerk people around. I submitted what I could, and apparently, it was insufficient. Bona fide marriage part. I added her as beneficiary to life insurance, added her as authorized user on my credit card. My landlord won't add her to lease, since she isn't here in US...clearly. I'm at a loss right now. Hello. Sir. I just stumbled onto your channel. Pls, give us your wise council. I had my marriage based uscis interview in october, 2 weeks after my EAD came out. I also had only 1 shot of d covid vaccine by then. The officer said a new policy says no approvals without a complete vaccine dosage. She gave us a paper after the interview stating that; 1. No additional information nor document is required for now. 2. They could schedule us for another interview. 3. We could get a notice in the mail of their final decision on my case.. Now, it's more than 45days, we haven't heard from them. What do you suggest we do? Thanks
