Are those the only qualifications having to finished the university and having a high end career. I'm sure not all of daca recipients have completed either of them. So that's that? There's no other qualifications?
Can you qualify with an associates degree as a paramedic ?
so far you need a bachelors degree
1-130 mine is not yet approved what is wrong
What a creative Channel to showcase GOOD NEWS.. it's just out of the norm to see on any channel like this .. mostly bad news .. it gives hope even when it has nothing to do with someone's situation... yet still you ensure they know there are things to be sure about and to think about even if it's good news so you don't just let someone jump in a worse situation but you say the truth of what are the chances even if its not too good but you bring home that we look at the bright side of all the good amidst what we have to be careful and wise about, seeing the big picture also ...I usally click on the videos so fast when they show up! Great video as usual! Thank you!! When more people see these videos, your channel will be in the millions ! I am sure of it!! It's just so professional and so creative and it's hard to be creative with factual things like law .. but your take on it is very creative !! Usually people copy off such Creativity. .. I'm happy your team was the first! I try not to write on all your videos but it's hard to not as it's always so deserving of recognition! Blessings to you and your staff !!
@rf6255, WOW...you have not idea how much your post means to me. After many years of very hard work--video after video--searching for meaningful content that is positive--i finally have someone like you who gets it!!!!! If you look at my video during mid COVID I had enough of negative karma and started my GN segments! Again thank you so much for reconizing this and yes...I am at 7m views and 85K GN Subs!
Hello Mr Humberto thanks for the update ❤ watching you from Morocco ❤❤❤
@alex--always good to see you!!
Hi Mr gray my name is Beatrice please can I get ur number so l can talk to about my situation am watching from new jersey thank you 🙏🙏
Hi my name is Mohamed ❤
@mow--hey mohamed whats good?
What about Daca recipients that didn’t finish college like mu self but im a entrepreneur, started my own business?
@kika, hopefully they will allow equivalency of a degree with experience!
Really? You’re excited for this? 🤦🏻♀️ As an OLDER DACA holder I did not have the privilege to get a loan after graduating High School due to my legal status back then, therefore, I don’t have college education so by your information people like me wouldn’t be covered under this new law. Also, I used Advance Parole so I’m assuming now those of us that used Advanced Parole under DACA and entered USA legally won’t be covered either? SUCH BULL💩! Last but not least - If Biden has the power to fix our status via executive orders why is he waiting till now? Oh yeah! So he can use us to get another 4 years as president. I hate saying this but at least with Trump we know where we stand.
@ic, I hear you and feel for you. I hope this is only the first of several fixes for DACA recipients. But don't forget who gave you DACA!
@@GrayLawTV I will never forget I have DACA THANKS TO OBAMA. Biden might be a democrat but he has done NOTHING for immigrants who have been in the USA decades working very hard, following rules and contributing to the economy. The only thing Biden has done is open the border to allow people from Venezuela, Cuba, Haiti, etc to come in and prioritize them. As a 39 year old that came to this country as a 9 year old child, Biden is one of the worst presidents. It does NOT matter what his party is. Obama and Biden aren’t the same.
that is bad i want both not virtual only!
What if you have an associates degree in nursing but are working in the technology field. Any way that can work? Thank You!
So the DACA relief doesn't apply for those who didn't get a degree right? I have worked for the last 12 or so years with DACA work permit, but I did not continue schooling. Am I basically screwed with no chance to take advantage of this relief?
More Promises...more more Bla...bla... a lot of executives order 100 order but one of this Executives order no action.
Can I apply for my mom who is currently living in another country? Or the applicant has to apply by themselves?
Is the applicant has to do the application? For example, if I would like to bring my mom as a tourist, can I apply on her behalf?

Hello, The B1/B2 stay expired on April 4th, and the asylum application was received on April 28th of the same year, resulting in 23 days of unlawful presence. Will Matter of Orban or any other exception apply in order to adjust status (EB2 labor certification) without leaving the country? Thank you so much in advance!
@mabel, unfortunately unlawful presence will apply because both your unlawful status and presence commenced on April 4th. There may be other options for you...email me [email protected]

Can you please do something on n600k
is it compulsory to book return flight tkt before interview. And do i need to tell them about EDV visa also(as i applied EDV visa before twice).
Is there a timeline for these executive orders to take place?
@erodry, stay tuned. I will be giving updates weekly.
Will vocational degrees be accepted for DACA amnesty?
@quin, if it is a bachelors degree..like nursing and you are working in nursing you would qualify.
Bullshit bullshit not all of daca had the chance to go to college some of us had to work to provide for our selfs to to survive
My DACA got frozen back in 2021 when the judge in Texas got it shut down. My case is still in limbo, would I get any benefit from any of this? Will they bring back DACA for first time applicants and the people like myself who’s case has been frozen for couple years now?
Hello, thank you for the great info. I have DACA but I don’t have any college degree. I just graduated HS and I’m self employed making $100k plus year. I pay a lot of taxes every year. Do I still qualify if I don’t have a college degree?
I believe you need to graduate 🧑🎓 get the degree… In order to qualify bc that’s what DACA stands for You go to school for a professional career and then you contribute back to our country… I’m on my second year of nursing at a cal state… I still need two years til I get my bachelors for nursing 🤷🏻♀️
@jd..need a college degree.
States like California, NY and I think Colorado, along with sieveral colleges offer the excelsior/ Dream Act scholarship which is a full ride through college. There are several colleges that offer in house scholarships for daca students
When does it goes into effect ?
@thejoker--this summer. will keep you updated
@@GrayLawTV i got a quick question will i still be able to apply even doe my i130 already got approved?
Thanks to you , Mr. Gray.
@gertrude, of course you are so welcome!
Me and my wife are both daca is there a away we can apply for this?
yes of course!
Love you gray law for the good new . Whenever we see you then we know it’s good news thank you
@christina, thank you so much !!!
God bless you Mr Humberto ❤
@alex--good to see you my man!
Very interesting video thank you so much for the update watching you from Morocco north africa ❤
Morocco in the house!
I bet Daca recipients are laughing at people who came legally the right way.
@newzealand, i dont think so. the daca kids came with their parents when they were young--they had no choice in the matter!
@GrayLawTV I was a kid when I came to this country legally.
If daca recipient is overstated visa and received work permit when he was 21.does he need to leave U.S. under biden policy? Thank for the video.
We will see...i dont beleive so.
So that means my mom can qualify since my younger siblings are born in the US but not married to a us citizen! And also since I'm under 21, currently 17 without daca can I apply for it?
Why reward law breakers?...
@joseph, the US Citizen is not breaking the law by marrying someone they love???????
You break laws all the time and still get 2nd chance. Let others live
The world is OURS
@@GrayLawTVI'm married to a Mexican Citizen who was in the US illegally for 13 yrs he was deported previously in 2000, returned a few months later that's when we met had 2 kids, I then got in car accident left me on disability. Ice found him and deported him again in 2013 saying he can only enter the USA with permission. So not sure of all that exactly, but I was forced to move from my home in Washington State to Border of Arizona where me and our girls live most of the time then we cross into Mexico to visit him. I will never afford papers because my income on disability, plus I won't be able to sponsor him with my income either. So question is does this even apply to him? Our luck probably not. 😢
@@robynolshefski2748thing to do is live in Mexico maybe a couple months.. it's not bad especially now. But yea who know I'll ask
I had interviews my marriage case outside USA . Now I’m waiting for waiver I-601 new plan can help me get back home with my family
@user, no it wont help you. you must be in the US
The more you hear the word immigration it get very depressingnow. 😢 may God look upon our affliction you’re not going to be here forever all have broken the law ofGod.
👏👏👏
Does the DACA amnesty only works if you graduated from a college?
I think it may apply if you are in the process, or that's what I saw in a group post, but I'm not sure, they don't specify. Like what if you graduated, but are not working on the field of study.
Yes, you must have a degree and working in the degreed field.
Thank you for the info. 🙏🙏
@jfvira, you are so welcome!
Thank you!
You're welcome!
God bless Mr president❤❤❤
Yes indeed!
Such crap me and my wife pay and wait over a year for her to get through USCIS and if she could have made it to mexico she could just walk across and get it in no time... the legal paying people get screwed and put at the back of the line.
Exactly
The Military are using this for years and no one is complaining about it. Even Trump did not stop it when he was the President.
Bro! Undocumented aliens married to US citizen has to wait 7 years just to get a waiver and then immigrant visa from their home country. Their us citizen kids and spouse suffer. So this will eliminate that 7 years of rigmarole and torture
@@G4lucSome people are always looking at what other people are doing, or getting, to complain about it.
The law have always existed, just the difference is now their adjusting their estatus inside the US, this is only looking for votes in the upcoming election… TRUMP 2024 🇺🇸🇺🇸💪🏼💪🏼
Good day. What if im going to visit my cousin in the usa, but my son who is working in Cuba is paying for my trip, Do i need to bring his bank statement?
@claudette, yes that would be helpful to show source of support.
This is not it though. But I guess they doing the spouses first.
@sharon, see my video today!!!!
Send all criminal home zee cone legal these need deported with all children If you are ilegal you str a criminal
is Radiological Science included ? since in U.S its a diploma but I have bachelor
@koko..yes I would argue it is stem...science! You can have a bachelors, but you must meet the criteria!
SCOTUS ruled against Munoz No, you have no constitutional right to bring your spouse to the US, in fact you specifically do not have this right. Additionally the doctrine of consular nonreviewability still stands - you have no right to appeal a consular’s decision and they do not have any duty to give you the rationale for their decision. Amazing to see how many immigration lawyers and immigrants want to cheat and defraud the system just to come live in the US and suckle on the tete of the public welfare system. For most I would ask why do you want to come to the US anyway? We do not believe in your values and you will not find a home here - we believe in women’s rights, gay rights, individual rights we very much believe in personal responsibility and demand you work, pay taxes, and take responsibility for all The failures in your life that clearly have led you to this point. If your own country, your own culture, your own religion, and your own beliefs were not a failure then you would not be seeking to come to the US - you are coming here because you have failed at life and only be admitting that will you understand you need to leave your culture and religion behind in your country.
Good day my attorney. The good news guy
Hey E...how you doing?
This decision is a scandal - and should at least be an eye-opener on how pseudo-Christian "conservatives" really treat Christian fundamental values: They despise them and destroy them wherever they can. Instead they push fascist-like power of government. Marriage is a fundamental value. But the "conservative" majority of this US Supreme Court completely disregards this basic Christian principle and instead decided that arbitrary denials of fundamental rights by low-ranked government officials should have decisve power.
@michael--you are a very intelligent individual. You clearly see the hypocracy here by the Supreme Court. BTW the case was decided yesterday against the rights of the USC spouse and for non-reviewability of State Department decisions. Horrible!
