Are those the only qualifications having to finished the university and having a high end career. I'm sure not all of daca recipients have completed either of them. So that's that? There's no other qualifications?

What a creative Channel to showcase GOOD NEWS.. it's just out of the norm to see on any channel like this .. mostly bad news .. it gives hope even when it has nothing to do with someone's situation... yet still you ensure they know there are things to be sure about and to think about even if it's good news so you don't just let someone jump in a worse situation but you say the truth of what are the chances even if its not too good but you bring home that we look at the bright side of all the good amidst what we have to be careful and wise about, seeing the big picture also ...I usally click on the videos so fast when they show up! Great video as usual! Thank you!! When more people see these videos, your channel will be in the millions ! I am sure of it!! It's just so professional and so creative and it's hard to be creative with factual things like law .. but your take on it is very creative !! Usually people copy off such Creativity. .. I'm happy your team was the first! I try not to write on all your videos but it's hard to not as it's always so deserving of recognition! Blessings to you and your staff !!

Really? You’re excited for this? 🤦🏻‍♀️ As an OLDER DACA holder I did not have the privilege to get a loan after graduating High School due to my legal status back then, therefore, I don’t have college education so by your information people like me wouldn’t be covered under this new law. Also, I used Advance Parole so I’m assuming now those of us that used Advanced Parole under DACA and entered USA legally won’t be covered either? SUCH BULL💩! Last but not least - If Biden has the power to fix our status via executive orders why is he waiting till now? Oh yeah! So he can use us to get another 4 years as president. I hate saying this but at least with Trump we know where we stand.

@@GrayLawTV I will never forget I have DACA THANKS TO OBAMA. Biden might be a democrat but he has done NOTHING for immigrants who have been in the USA decades working very hard, following rules and contributing to the economy. The only thing Biden has done is open the border to allow people from Venezuela, Cuba, Haiti, etc to come in and prioritize them. As a 39 year old that came to this country as a 9 year old child, Biden is one of the worst presidents. It does NOT matter what his party is. Obama and Biden aren’t the same.

Ice found him and deported him again in 2013 saying he can only enter the USA with permission. So not sure of all that exactly, but I was forced to move from my home in Washington State to Border of Arizona where me and our girls live most of the time then we cross into Mexico to visit him. I will never afford papers because my income on disability, plus I won't be able to sponsor him with my income either. So question is does this even apply to him? Our luck probably not. 😢

SCOTUS ruled against Munoz No, you have no constitutional right to bring your spouse to the US, in fact you specifically do not have this right. Additionally the doctrine of consular nonreviewability still stands - you have no right to appeal a consular’s decision and they do not have any duty to give you the rationale for their decision. Amazing to see how many immigration lawyers and immigrants want to cheat and defraud the system just to come live in the US and suckle on the tete of the public welfare system. For most I would ask why do you want to come to the US anyway? We do not believe in your values and you will not find a home here - we believe in women’s rights, gay rights, individual rights we very much believe in personal responsibility and demand you work, pay taxes, and take responsibility for all The failures in your life that clearly have led you to this point. If your own country, your own culture, your own religion, and your own beliefs were not a failure then you would not be seeking to come to the US - you are coming here because you have failed at life and only be admitting that will you understand you need to leave your culture and religion behind in your country.

This decision is a scandal - and should at least be an eye-opener on how pseudo-Christian "conservatives" really treat Christian fundamental values: They despise them and destroy them wherever they can. Instead they push fascist-like power of government. Marriage is a fundamental value. But the "conservative" majority of this US Supreme Court completely disregards this basic Christian principle and instead decided that arbitrary denials of fundamental rights by low-ranked government officials should have decisve power.

  • @GrayLawTV
