Good info! Thanks! I read the contain on the CPB One link that you provided and they said people in Cuba, Venezuelan, Nicaragua, and Haiti must have an approved I-134s before using the app. Please advise

Yes, it is the case. Without an approved I-134s in those countries, we can't follow up with the CPB one...

@@AnnedLinzSenadinThanks for your reply, but why did he say people who live in those countries don’t have to travel to Mexico to get an appointment with the CPB One. We can get the appointment and be paroled in the US from where we are. I’m confused!

The link also mentions: To request and schedule an appointment at a Port of Entry, noncitizens must be located in Central or Northern Mexico. So CPB One cannot be used in other countries if you don’t have an approved I-134A.

@@AnnedLinzSenadin Or it is possible that he meant we don't necessarily have to be in Mexico to use the app. You can use the app from anywhere in those countries to schedule an appointment. If you approve, you can then travel to your chosen port of entry in the US. Upon arrival, present your CBP One for verification, and you will be paroled into the United States.

@ahmad, only for certain countries and only for those overseas. Go to uscis family reunification.

@yoke, go to uscis "family reunification"..unfortunately Nigeria is not one of the countries qualified.

Your country doesn’t have to participate in the parole program. He said you can download CPB One, use it to register, and request an appointment. But you have to use one of the port of entries. Take a moment and read the link he provided.
I used to have parole but they took it away from me , but can I get the parole back because I have I-130 approved ? and I'm here also and also have asylum pending as well! should I be eligible for parole. ? please answer me ! I from Jordan half Iraqi
