Thank you, Thank you, Thank you 🙏... I passed the I-751 interview today ( removal of conditions on my permanent residency ), I feel I went to my interview really well prepared after having watch this video a few times and having incorporated your advice on what to bring to the interview; most importantly, how to present everything to the officer. This video is a MUST watch ( and apply ) before going to one's interview. It is by far the best video of this type I've found. Besides explaining everything clearly and in a way that is easy to understand, you are super personable, it made me feel as if I had in fact hired an attorney for my case. Thanks for what you do. Note: The USCIS agent handling my interview really liked the labels on my pictures; it really makes a difference.

Please can you share how you labeled your pictures. Did you eid them before printing or put labels on the hard copy of the pictures. Thanks.

@@reematariq2404 I simply typed a brief description of each picture on a Word document, for example; "Christmas dinner at/with...", "Thanksgiving with our family", "At my mother/father in-law's birthday" etc. Make sure to leave space between each description. Once printed just cut them with scissors and place each one on top of corresponding photo. Best of luck at your interview 🙏

I didn't watch the entire video to see if she mentioned it but "Letter of Support" would be a big plus in proving that the marriage is real. Having neighbors, friends, church-goers/pastors, co-workers, a store clerk that interacts with the two of you regularly, etc.,. You can even write and sign a letter of support to the USCIS that you can bring with you to the interview. Maybe they can go into writing a bit of how they met you two, how long ago they met you two, what they think of you two, maybe special events that you two attended with them, etc. My friend and his wife both work at my workplace and I had written a letter of support for them. I had written how they'd park next to my car and how we would often enter the building together and eat lunch together. I've also gone to the beach many times with them and had gone to family barbeques with them.

I want to thank this channel for its counsel. We went to the Marriage Interview and our adjudicator saw us all the way when we were at the security and it was a blessing. He did not take any of my copies: bank statement, leases, or photos. He took nothing from my evidence file. After 3 days we got the APPROVAL notice through an USCIS case manager Iphone app. I am so happy about the outcome. Praying for y’all who are still yet attend an interview. Be prepared for all kinds of questions. That's why this video is awesome.

This is the most helpful video I've seen on the topic so far. Really good ideas for supporting docs that we hadn't thought of. We also got a chuckle out of the *chef's kiss* about babies/children. We just found out we're pregnant and our interview is less than two weeks away so this little one has really good timing! Edit: With all our preparation, the interview was a breeze. We were approved on the spot and my husband's green card came in the mail in less than a week!

Courtney Morgan-Greene Thank you :) I live in India and my wife lives in TX. Our i130 petition was approved recently. We are now in the process of uploading documents to CEAC for NVC processing. While filling the ds-260 form, we realised that one of the employment history (both mine and my wife’s), we missed to fill in the i130. Now that we realised, we’d like to upload a document explaining that we missed filling that info. Would that help to explain mismatch or is there an alternative solution for that :) Any help/ advise would be greatly appreciated. Also, since I don’t live with my wife in the US, she has filed the tax return as single. Initially we tried (married separately option). This had to be done manually and couldn’t be done online (since I’m not a US resident and I don’t have ITIN). So we sent the package to the IRS. Even after 8 weeks, they had not received our package. That’s why we chose the option of filing as single since it could be filed online quickly. Would this hurt us or should we explain all this in a document and upload it to the CEAC? Awaiting your response for these two question, Courtney. Thank you.

THIS IS THE BEST VIDEO; I WATCHED IT BAZILLION TIME, TODAY WALKED TO MY INTERVIEW WELL PREPARED SO EVEYTHING WAS SO SMOOTH. MY OFFICER IS DEFINITELY LIKE A FRIEND AND HE WAS CRACKING JOKES DIDN'T EVEN ASKED ME MANY QUESTIONS, HE SAYS YOUR PAPERS ARE WELL ORGANIZED AND SOONER THEY CALLED MY NAME HE SAYS I SAW YOU PICKED UP YOUR WIFES BELONGINGS😊. so fellas if it's a real marriage you don't have to be stressed up. He approved me right on less than 30 minutes. But without this video i wouldn't have to be well prepared. Thank you and i wish everyone on this process can definitely archive their dreams. Since 2017 i was placed on a removal order. If you listen this lady right here you are going to be okay!🙏🏻🗽🌷

we provided my travel information, hotel accommodations showing both our names, our marriage certificate, engagement and wedding pictures, pictures with his family on all 3 of my visits, chat/call logs over 3 1/2 years, my tax documents and letters of support and the IO determined our relationship wasn’t genuine! we’ve been together now almost 5 years and married for 2!!!

Thank you sooo much for the information. But my question is my husband and I applied to adjust my status but when we did I have not sent the work permit and travel documents form thinking my work permit has not expired yet and for the travel document I did not think i could do so my question is can I send the work permit and travel document forms separately or should I just wait for my work permit to expire ? My case is ready to schedule for an interview FYI

My Thai wife and I have been married for over 9 years. We have lived in Thailand on my retirements and social security with her government salary. We have a home free and clear of debt here. She has a letter from her government employer. I have American family and friends we plan to visit when we emigrate to the states.

Thank you for this video, my husband I don't live together because we're both paying our way through grad school-- but we both graduate in a few months and are looking forward to the next step. Our finances are merged and we have over 500 pages of evidence showing that our relationship is legitimate and based on true love. I hope that it will go well, he is my everything and we've had our noses to the grindstone in school to make a better future for ourselves ❤ Our interview is coming up soon but we're not sure of the date yet until we get our interview notice letter. I'm hoping and praying it goes well!

Hi Elaina, Thanks for your live stream comment. The live stream is now closed and so I will answer you here. Congratulations! If you are in the interview stage, you are in the home stretch! In my experience, whether couples are interviewed together or separately is at the discretion of the officer. Good luck!

Just a question... If me and my fiancé were to get married in the us and then get her a spouse visa for the UK, if we were to change our minds and decided to settle in the US after living in the UK for a while, would we be using the I-130 form? Just exploring our options, thank you!

Would you suggest appending these to "other documents" for on-line I-400 application? Or just bring them during formal interview. Thank You
