My case is, I don’t have pictures apart from the wedding.

My husband I just found out has been cheating on me with his ex while we are waiting for green card interview ,she also married someone who she don’t live with so this to me is fraud and he don’t deserve a green card .I fell prey to him he used me as far as I’m concerned .

These lawyers on KZread only help foreign scammers by making up fake abuse claims. They never get on here and say hey, the foreign spouse cheated and left the American citizen. So the US citizen should exercise their rights and withdraw their i864 before their scamming foreign spouse has received status (2 year green card). They never tell you that if you don’t back out in time, and the foreign spouse gets their green card, the i864 is enforceable INDEFINITELY if the foreign spouse never becomes a citizen or works for 40 credits to social security (10 straight years). They never say hey, if you don’t stop this process in time, you can be sued by your scamming foreign spouse to pay them up to the poverty line ($1400) per month if they don’t work. All they do on here is tell these scamming foreigners VAWA, VAWA, VAWA. Some of these lawyers should be ashamed of themselves for this unscrupulous practice. I’m not saying this lawyer here is this way but a quick search on KZread for help with a suspected foreign green card scammer yields little to no results. You may find a few short videos saying your marriage just didn’t work out and you’re mad and there’s nothing you can do. It’s a shame. The American citizen just isn’t protected.
