What about when your married and you have a 10 years green card ans this years is the 3 years where you can apply for you citizenship can.i still go ahead and apply for my citizen but we are not living together for the pass 2 year.

Can you appeal and reapply i130 denial at the same time, and file a vawa as well

Could my I 130 be rejected bc of two drink driving convictions? The first one was in 2012 when my mother dropped dead in my arms of a heart attack and the second one in 2016 when my only child died tragically… I do appreciate 🙏🏼 gratitude from Australia x

I have my Case VAWA pending more than 9 months my attorney said I’m not eligible to receive an EAD just because my I-485 is administratively closed and she converted my I-130 to I-360. I just have a Prima Facie valid for one year no EAD. She said when my VAWA gets approved she will move forward with my green card process. Do you think she’s right please?

If they’re denial you because someone one not going to the country before the interview

I have similar case. They never send me I765, I131, and now they want denied i130. They explanate why, but yhey never sent my work permit and I need it. My case is AWA.

How long after you did your interview and if they had told you that they are going to investigate because they may think you did not have enough evidence to show that you guys are living together even though you are living together but didn't have enough everyday how long after your interview they can get back to you or they will take to investigate to see if it was true that you are living together
