Guys pay attention to what Mc Bean saying, the main focus was on documents proving that you're living together eg bills, leases,bank statements etc. Lots of pictures with family and friends. But everyone's interviews are different, goodluck guys

I’m basically saying somebody in my situation without ANY form of identification No family No job no house . It’s very hard and if I was able to work a legal job I would be way more grateful for life.

Hello! What about the employment based adjustment of status who has unlawful presence but do not have any qualifying relatives? Will the plan C that is the parole option can help someone who has approved I-140 but do not have qualifying relatives for the 601 waiver?

I married a usc, my husband petitioned for me and my daughter, he withdrew his petition for reasons best known to him, until now l don't know why he did that, he refused to tell me, and filed for divorce. We were both denied, at time my daughter was a minor. She's of age now and gotten married, will that affect her process? since during the first time it was her step dad who petitioned for her?

That sounds like a question for a lawyer in a proper consultation. I suppose if your daughter married a citizen that would work in her favor. So complicated! I hope things turn out OK for you.

I just did my interview everything went well and the case is approved, but the lady that interviewed me and my wife, says she needs additional information such as joint bank account monthly statements, name on the leasing agreement for the apartment that we're living at togethe, and my wife is now pregnant but she had a previous miscarriage when I just started my application, but she's also asking for proof of the previous baby ultrasound😊 that was funny at the interview, other than that my names is on all the utilities ect, and I do have all the bank statements Just choose not to take them to the interview when I was going, but also 4 days after my interview they sent me ma EAD work authorization card, that says advance parole on it aslo. So to be honest listening to what your saying, these people need alot of evidence

that was really nice of you, to share that information. I hope others take note of it. I remember an argument with an insurance company over “proof of a miscarriage“ and it was a bit stressful, Because they wanted proof and early miscarriages don’t get that kind of intervention that lends itself to proof. so basically, the advice for anyone who comes here on a visa, if you think there’s the least bit of chance that you might want to get a green card and may be a citizenship someday, is to start a folder or a binder that has all of those kinds of things in it. Then when you need them, they will be in one place, easy to find.

If you do the consular(Mexico) filing and you already have a non resident visa(border crossing card)can you still come into the country while your case is pending?

I know someone who is a green card holder and she filed for her unmarried daughter who is currently living in the States. Will she get approved and how long will it take?

How did they arrive in the U.S.? 1. If crossed the U.S. border via walking,/running without U.S. knowledge/consent...seek legal advice. 2. If the visa was granted but did not return back then the overstayed visitor "may" adjust status...seek legal advice.

I been in this country Since 1995 and I got married twice us citizens and divorced I had advace parole visit three time India and came back and I left the country 2007 and came back again through Mexico border pay 40000$ bond and my withholding of removal and U visa. Application is pending if this law passed 2011 I can come under this law or not?

Will you do other options?

Hi Miss mcBean, how are u? Hope all is well. I’m in removal proceedings and my master calendar hearing is next year july. And my lawyer told me to apply a cancellation of removal, I’m just confuse what are the requirements. I came here a fiancée visa and get married but it ddnt take to long bcoz of his kids he ddnt process my papers till we got finally annulled. 5 years later I got remarried to a US citizen and now we have beautiful kids. My question is am I eligible to file the cancellation of removal?
