    The government is misleading people with their title’ keep families together’ everything comes from the government I take as grain of salt what happens with sent the a beautiful application and support documents and you will be maybe granted by their discretion chances are 50/50 take it as your peril I don’t see it keeping families together just separating them good luck

    The government and this process doesn’t care about you this process is a money grabbing,trust me am here since 1995 what kind process is discretion of a white guy who will decide ur faith it’s like a gamble 50/50chance if you are approved great if not they will get all your information and use against you and if trump wins game over and if they take it to challenge in court u lose double ur money and getting nothing and lawyers will charge a arm and leg to fill out a paperwork even a kindergarten can fill out.

    My I-765, i-131, and i-485 has just been denied without even giving me work permit, i initially filed in October 2023, they requested for more evidence (birth certificate, latest tax) in Dec 2023 and I submitted quickly, just found out I'm missing an extra i-864.

    What about people with no criminal record at all. Been in the US continuously for 15 years. Married since 2018. And have removal order since 2017 for missing a court date. But entered the US legally in 2009 on a fiancee visa and had green card and all until 2017

    Hello. Question. I meet the requirements. But I don’t have many proofs of 10 years although I have been here 17 years. I have facebook post, some school records from 2009, letter from church that assure I have been attending and serving church since 2012 and some bank statements. Is that enough?

    Yesssssss, Who helps us. I've been looking fir over a year. I filed the divorce, I've reported him to USCIS, but no one has contacted me. He was already in the U.S, and was hiding so much, but i found out why he was hiding a briefcase in a storage unit. Its because all of his papers had expired, and he closed his asylum case. He has been EXPOSED, he now knows i saw everything in that briefcase, and i filed the divorce. He's been on the run now fir almost a year. Who helps us ? No marriage potion, due to him being EXPOSED.

    why is the legal path is so difficult meanwhile there is a large wave of people doing it illegally and getting away scotfree? this is so unfair (I mean most the people doing the legal path already respect the country laws despite the difficult process)

    Seems we can apply ourselves without a lawyer for PIP since it’s just a digital application….what do you think …looking forward to your unbiased reply 😁

  • @McBeanImmigrationLaw
    @McBeanImmigrationLaw2 күн бұрын

    For those who think they can do so, great. If folks have a removal order, voluntary departure, fraud/misrepresentation, criminal record, and previous immigration filings, they should hire a lawyer. If folks aren't certain about how to make a winning argument that PIP should be given to them, they should hire a lawyer. If folks have any concerns about lack of evidence, they should hire a lawyer.
