My priority date is 06/07/2023 on my I-130 notice of reception by USCIS, and on the March bulletin the dates for filling family-sponsored visa application for F2A (which is where I fall into) currently shows 01SEP23. Question: can I apply for work autorization now? or I have to wait for the I-130 to be approved. Thank you in advanced!

Hi. Great information. My country of current residence is UAE. My home country is Sweden. My daughter filed i130-IR5 category for me two months ago. The backup log for non-immigrant visas are 5 times as long in UAE compared to Sweden (80 days vs 400+ days for B1/B2). Without knowing at all, I have assumed that immigrant/non-immigrant interview scheduling delays are somewhat related. Is this correct? In addition, will I automatically be scheduled in my home country, or can can I request Sweden if I'm not scheduled there?

I still can’t understand… what’s the difference with a usc parent filing for adult child as oppose to the usc child filing for the parent… it’s the same relation!… why it’s taking forever for an adult child to even be approved 6 yrs!!!! And counting
