Approximately 1 year...

We filed I-130 and I-765 and I-485 that i remember but i dont know about the I-130A. ? We filed if lsst year janaury 8 and i recieved 2 letters 1 is reciept n the other one is for me to see the status n now i checked that i need to wait for about 4months.

Hi how long does it take for spousal visa interview to come we have been waiting a year and a half

Me and my Pakistani husband gas been married since Nov 2020 and we have been dq since July 18 2022 and now we moved case to dubia. I tried expidite 3 times with medical problems and loss after mom. Still we have no interview date. Why is immigration keeping spouses apart for so long 😢😢
