    In place parole is available by demonstrating that an immediate relative was, is or was a member of any of the 4 branches of the USA military . Also, individuals who at one point used an EAD card under section 210 of the IRCA legislation to re -enter the USA after a brief,casual and inocent departure, may qualify for Adjustment of status Ask a reputable Attorney including the one on this video about these options if they apply to you.

    As far as TPS, if they’re approved for tps, get an i-131 approved to travel, travel outside the U.S, admit in; do they need to file an i-485 to adjust by themselves or they need someone to sponsor them, and file an i-130 or what form ? Thanks

  • @Vanessa-qr1jt

    @Vanessa-qr1jt

    10 ай бұрын

    TPS has its own advance parole form and that is only used for admission into the US. The recipient still has to adjust with a petitioner (even if they wanted to file as a self-petitioner) and meet other eligibility requirements when filing the I-485.

    Agreed, the date on the Registry Act is LONG OVERDUE for an extension, ideally Jan 2002, but the law also needs to be amended so that that date can automatically roll forward annually and keep the act RELEVANT. It should have been fixed back when Reagan was in charge. Regarding the U visa, WHD will want to know what specific laws were broken and/or crime committed for them to issue the supplemental B form. I understand a criminal attorney would help make that assessment so that WHD can issue the form, at least in those cases such as mine involving employment law. Is there a good criminal attorney out there who can help with this?

    Yes, the US embassy gave you 10 years..But, at the port of entry you have I-94 fill up..and it depends to the immigration officer how many months your stay in US soil..if it’s 1-3-6 months only..The meaning of 10 years visa, is you can go back and forth in the US only at certain period..Not you can live/work there for the whole 10 years..🤑🤪😳😵‍💫

Like I don't have any assets where I'm from in south Africa.. So I can't bring a document saying I have a house or car. So I suppose I must prove I can support myself also could I bring documents indicating I'm a director of a company (we started off earlier this year) could that be a relevant document I can provide?the salary isn't huge at the moment though. Hello Gray Law ! I was rubbed many years ago , took my wallet, phone , bank card , my prescription glasses, keys to my apartment etc ..police officers told me that after aI made a report they will send me the paperwork but actually they did not send me anything and they didn’t solve the case … they was actually asking me how can I work here if I am illegal…. After I made some investigation called the police department telling them the store where they tried to spend my money with my bank card has a surveillance camera but the police didn’t wanted to see the video tape … I think I can not file the U visa , right ? I don’t have proof…

    1. VAWA is not just for abused women, it includes men and children. 2. The self-petition is in place of the petition that would have been done by the US Citizen or lawful permanent resident spouse/parent so no, it can’t be an unmarried abused partner self-petition.

Can you provide examples of each and explain the differences in difficulty in obtaining a green card in these circumstances? For example A Dutch brother and a Turkish brother!

    Heeey... I was an illegal immigrant back in the 90's... worked with a MADE UP Social Security number (not a real one stolen from someone)... I had Retirement and Medicare deductions from my PayChecks... then, I was out of the country for 19 years... Now, I just got back to the US, legally, with a Real Social Security number... I'm 43 years old with no Retirement or Medicare contributions history on my New Real Social Security Number... Is there any way, I could show Social Security Office that I made this mistake back then, and use those contributions towards my New Social Security number? Since my Former Employer and I did pay those amounts?
