    🎉😢Financial & legal abuse needs to be grounds for USCIS to order an immigrant to deport ASAP!! The petitioner victim ends up flat broke and having to live with the abusive immigrant they brought into the country! It’s a nightmare. No childcare, having to beg the immigrant for money 💵 after financial abuse, & lost one home due to false DV charge levied by the abuser!!! 😢. My abuser is now out of status, expired greencard, so expired work permission, working for peanuts 🥜 after screwing me over for all I had & intended to share with him! He scammed me and screwed himself over in the process. Wish someone had warned me about Romance 💝Scammers. They think Americans are rich 🤑 🇺🇸. They think money grows on trees 😖My Egyptian exhusband still thinks 🤔 that I have money stashed somewhere that he can access by breadcrumbing me every now & again. But His human ATM is all dried up 🤷🏽‍♀️ now. So he complains everyday about having to work & pay bills 💸 for a wife & child. When he first came here, I Tried to send him to school, bought him 2 cars, put him in my comfortable home 🏡, gave him money 💰 without him asking, cooked, & paid all the bills! 😮. I hope 🤞🏽 he gets deported soon & that he dies a long painful death. We could’ve had a great life together. Instead he ruined every single opportunity our union afforded him. I’m looking at rebuilding my life from the ground up as a single mother now. He’s a parasite🦠 that’s most likely gonna find himself another host. 😢😱

    I am a victim of marriage fraud. 2015 I got my greencard and I went to Florida. 2016 I married a lady from hungary in Budapest and I paid everything for her. the vacations, her studies, the rent and I even lived in a car and had two jobs to afford it and I tried to save money for the case she comes. During the pandemic we were really frustrated and we thought they forgot us. But summer 2022 she got the permission to come. At the Miami airport I did not even got a kiss. I was shocked. Then we had an apartment and I had to sleep on the sofa. One day she told me I have to pay her and support her for 10 years. She said "you signed the Affidavit of support!!!". I never told her that I did that. So I was panicked and left the USA because a friend who knows a USCIS-worker told him in case I leave and send my greencard back she cannot get money from me. But I wanted to go actually to live in North or South Carolina. Now she is hiding from the hungarian court and try to avoid to divorce. My nerves are like sandpaper. I dont know what to do.

    Don't worry. You would only have to pay the US government if she obtains any kind of welfare assistance. I highly doubt that she will apply because she is not eligible for those benefits. Just do NOT get her pregnant. You, your friends, and family need to block all forms of communication with her. Try to move to another city. At least to another house/apartment. Do not let her know where you stay. She can't get that green card without you being present for the interview to remove the conditions on her green card. Her next option will be VAWA. As long as you don't communicate with her or be around her physically, she won't be able to create false abuse claims against you. If you erase her from your life completely, she will eventually get sent back to where she came from.

    @@SongSingsSoprano She got the greencard already and I lost it and moved to Europe. I cant go back to the US anymore. She got the jackpot. Nobody cared about it. I reported her everywhere I could. The USCIS sent me even back my USB-stick with my collected evidences. There is no interview coming. Lawyers who answered me they said they cant do anything for me or against her. I lost everything I had. Only my creditscore of 780 is still there. but I cant use it. No she could not get pregnant because she avoided any sexual contact. Even no kisses. I left almost 2 month after she came to the US. Already at the airport I realized that here is something very wrong.

    I'm in that boat now friend. Write a letter to the USCIS office explaining how your immigrant spouse has used you for a green card. Then I'm your letter, tell them you want to remove the I-130 application and your sponsorship. Tell them everything in your letter about your immigrant spouse committing marriage fraud. You should also file a marriage fraud claim with USCIS on line and with ICE. File for a divorce ASAP!

    I think it depends on the officer who’s dealing with your case, period. It’s pretty arbitrary and at their discretion. I was out of status and my husband sponsored me, and we got the green card this past month after 7 weeks only after filing and without interview nor RFE. We also have separate finances. We have a baby together so maybe that was their piece of evidence. Who knows… This is an individual situation but it goes to show there are some officers who do their job and nothing else, and who don’t try to desperately find frauds that don’t exist.

  • @ColdWarrior94

    @ColdWarrior94

    The process isn't necessarily all that arbitrary, but I've seen some officers go down the rabbit hole at times. If a couple gives me only a marriage certificate and a bank account statement or two as proof their marriage is bona fide, they are most certainly getting an interview if there is nothing else to indicate the marriage is legit (i.e. mutual children). I'd bet good money that you most likely got approved without an interview/RFE because of the baby you have together and you submitted all proof at the same time your husband petitioned for you Especially now that USCIS is waiving interviews for most green card cases if they are approvable based on the evidence submitted. In my adjudicative experience, the best evidence a couple can give me is a birth certificate of a mutual child! It's pretty hard to say a marriage isn't legitimate if the marriage itself produces a child.. I've cut marriage fraud interviews (Stokes interviews if you live in NYC) short if a couple walks in with a birth certificate of a new child. That reminds me actually of a couple I interviewed back in 2020. They didn't have many documents together, it appeared they were living in two different areas of the state, and they couldn't really tell me much about their courtship/relationship so I had concerns. I even sent them an RFE for more proof, but they only gave me a single tax return back. Instead of being a jerk and denying them outright based on the lack of documents, I wanted to give them an opportunity with a second interview. However, between COVID and being assigned to different case types, I didn't get to do the second interview until mid 2022. I remember calling the couple into the lobby to explain the purpose of the second interview and the U.S. citizen said "That's fine. Before we start, we just wanted to let you know we have a kid now. Would you like a copy of the birth certificate?" They were approved 5 mins later. I joked and said if I could, I'd hand them the green card there and then, but they'd have to wait for it in the mail. Saved us both a grueling 4.5 hours of an interview and a possible visit to their residence 2 hours away. Congrats again on the green card!

She was married to someone else, she give him money and told me please don't call because she told inmigration that she is living with him. I was confused asked her how and she told me it was easy for her, she maked fake joint bank account, fake pics, fake bills under both names and that was it. She never lived with him or stayed one night with the guy, she barely know him. Still no one found out and she is about to divorce soon cause she just got a paper that she wanted.

     @HackingImmigrationLawLLC Same is true for Indians here in the US. Many from a particular region use it as a chain migration to bring people over, divorce, remarry. Many times people will marry their siblings to help bring them over, they divorce, and remarry at some point should they choose to. The US government cannot exactly validate documents from other countries especially genetic relationships.
