I think you can be open minded without being vulnerable! To me vulnerability is the willingness to let your physicality/mentality (in our case our ego) take a hit for better or worse. As an experienced player trying to improve it may require being vulnerable and not just open minded to truly see the nuanced mistakes in their play

On the rift herald theory question, I personally (jungle perspective) want my bot lane to swap to mid after breaking bot T1, because it transitions my support to be in the center of the map. That way we (jungle + support) have access to both sides of the map, rather than having to play around support topside. Like Nathan said, it’s not so much about getting the ADC max amount of plating, but maximum map pressure for your team. Your teammates may have a different perspective tho, maybe your Cait does want to go top to get 10 plates, so you kind of have to adapt as well

Should be Gratefulness, not Greatfulness. In my eyes, spelling is crucial when creating professional content. I'd suggest spellchecking at least the titles and thumbnails, if not also the description and timestamp titles
