Grass-fed or Organic: Which Is Healthier?

Get access to my FREE resources 👉 drbrg.co/4aJU4T9
If you’re in the grocery store and they don’t have grass-fed organic, only grass-fed or organic, which should you choose? In this video, I’ll let you know.
For more details on this topic, check out the full article on the website: ➡️ drbrg.co/3XChKTc
US Wellness Meat: grasslandbeef.com/
Grass-fed vs. Organic:
Organic
• If something says its 100% organic, then it’s organic
• If something just says organic, then it’s 95.99% organic
• Organic means without pesticides, antibiotics, hormones, or biosolids (sewage sludge)
Grass-fed
• There is no legal definition of grass-fed (it needs to be grass-finished)
• Grain-fed beef is heavy in omega 6 fatty acids, grass-fed is not (omega 6 fatty acids are more inflammatory, omega 3 fatty acids are more anti-inflammatory)
• Grass-fed beef has CLA, and more vitamin A and vitamin E
Ideally, you want to consume grass-fed grass-finished 100% certified organic. I personally use a company called US Wellness Meats.

I ate a TON of vegetables, stayed away from carbs and sugar. I lost 40lbs a year ago and has kept it off because I still eat that way. I've added carbs back a few times a week and mostly still stay away from sugar. I'm going to seek out this grass finished for sure. I learned something new. Thank you Dr. Berg😊👍

Question for you Dr Berg: If there is an item not available organic, is it better to go without? Sometimes Im buying fruit and veg and my choice is either organic, for example just last week organic berries or organic cauliflower, etc with some spoilage and mold... or conventional item provided by the same company brand without rotten sections. First off I wonder if it’s the same company packaging and providing both organic and nonorganic, are they truly keeping the two crops separate. Second, if it’s a bit of spoilage, is it best to try to cut round that and hope the unseen spores aren’t harming me, but that’s better than nonorganic. Also, sometimes there’s no indication, such as cheese, but I see it’s supposedly from Europe (which has different standards that perhaps are safer) yet I see it was distributed from a U.S. location, so is the brand European, or is the actual product European?

I'm so glad Docs are spreading the truth about meat. The simplest way to get the meat you feel is aligned with your values is to get to know a ranch or farm or meats business that will share what they do and be transparent with their practices and their sourcing. Yes... It will probably be more expensive but cheaper is rarely better in my experience. Good luck!
