A small mistake can cost you a lot in Haulover Inlet. How is it possible to make this kind of error with a beast of a boat like the Smith 42?

Disgusting the number of parents that don’t have life jackets on their kids, they should be arrested for endangering their child. My Mom broke her back on a big wave when she landed on the back of the chair. Irresponsible!

These ppl were raised on the water, just like I was. I never wore a life jacket, none of my family did, no one drowned. And that's what's wrong, being over-protected and no sense of responsibility, or consequences for your actions, then as an adult here we are...it's nobody's fault. We wore no helmets biking, no warning labels...you could live back then. Now? A nanny state, the by the government and ppl like you supporting it. So talk about disgusted.

I live a couple of miles from Haulover Inlet, that's our favorite (and closest) beach. Been going out and coming back through that inlet for 50 years. As a little kid I remember a great seafood restaurant on the north side by the jetty, called "The Lighthouse." That was back in the 1950s. Every time I watch your videos it makes me wonder why I quit boating.

Actually quite simple. No requirement for a boat license (where you at least learn the basic rules) meets an attitude that there are no mistakes but opportunities to improve
