Grand early 1900`s farm house with stuff and so many sheds!!
Hey house lovers and explorers! Another grand old farm house for this weeks video. I was here a few months back and this one was a real adventure with the old home and sheds galore!!! The home seems to have been last lived in in the early to mid 90`s and is an early 1900`s built home.
A unique layout or at least one I have not come across very often. This property would have been an absolute bee hive of farming activity back in its hey day. I wish I could go back in time and see these places in full swing. Hope you all enjoy the walk around. Cheers for watching :-)

Oh I'm sorry to hear that Corinne 😔 my mother passed away in January. I hope you and family are doing ok and holding the memories dearly. Glad my videos can continue to be of some help. ❤️😊
When I was first married in the early 1980s I recall St George stoves were quite prestigous and expensive! Out of my budget and mostly only in wealthy homes.
I'm excited but I'll have to come back to watch later in the day! 😀

Another old gem mate this was definitely a beauty it’s sad to see her starting to crack and fall apart😢cheers mate
Hello Paul. Wow, really enjoyed this one. I love the look of the home on the outside. It still amazes me that places have withstood the decades. Thank you and take care. ❤
That fridge & freezer near the bathroom are a Leonard pigeon pair
An outhouse in a backyard of a house with no backdoor, that's a lotta trotting for the trots! 😲 Plenty to see on this explore Paul, thanks for the tour! Stayin tuned! 🤠👍 🇺🇸
Black mold on the ceiling! I wouldn't worry about that too much! The peeling lead paint, crumbled asbestos and leaking drums of farm chemicals are much worse. I love looking through places like you show here just the same. It's like going back in a time machine!. Looks like it was used as shearers quarters later on , maybe shooters used it as well at some point. I have stayed in similar places on farms that have rebuilt and left the old house go back to nature. It doesn't take long for mother nature to reclaim it. Thanks for sharing Mate!

Cheers mate! Yep a lot of hazards in these old places. Glad you get out and explore too. I agree these are like a time marker in our history and I learn something new or subtle every time. Cheers for watching 👍😁
Seems like much more decay than 30 years. What a big farm they had!
The stone work is beautiful
I love the way you find all these old beauties. Well done on another great job 👏
30 years abandoned has taken its toll on this one, except that beautiful front door. The house I grew up in had the 'back' door on the side of the house. When you checked the date on that first newspaper, I knew exactly what happened in my life on that day (21st December, 1990). My younger daughter came out of hospital having spent the first 6 weeks of her life there. She was born over 11 weeks early (wasn't due until the end of January, 1991) but did so well that they let her come home for Christmas. Funny how dates can trigger memories and connects across continents, making me wonder what they were doing on that day! P.S. Can I buy you a good strong pair of snake gaiters? That long grass is worrying me more than you! 🐍🤐

What precious memories! I too often worry with Paul walking in the long grass or lifting pieces of tin and am surprised he hasn't encountered a snake. I've heard Americans joke that Australia is full of things that want to kill you and seem to think snakes are slithering everywhere. Paul's videos proove they're not and snakes really prefer to hide however where he goes encountering one is quite likely.

@@shez5964 Yes, very precious! Some dates you never forget. I worry because a lot of these places have been undisturbed for so long that the snakes feel safe to have 'claimed' the territory as theirs - and don't welcome 'intruders', especially if they have young nearby. This is besides the many other things he could encounter, like bees, spiders and open wells (or even the odd deranged human), but he seems to be very aware and we just worry on his behalf, because we care!

@@edwinthompson6510 Your mom had the same feeling I had when my first daughter was born. I said the date and she was born on that day (but only 10 days early). My grandfather was born in November 1888 and there are two births on that date and one death (many years later). Some dates you just never forget!

This is fascinating. I find it incredible that at no point at no point no on door toilet was ever put in. There 're plenty of houses as old as 120 years old that have them. That one doesn't? I can't believe it.
Beautiful big farm house. The stories it could tell.
Thankyou for sharing. All these old places are unique. Would be lovely to know a bit of the history.
Car looks to be a HD Holden utility until someone else corrects me. Love the content. Keep up the good work!

Beautiful old farm house. Sometimes I am waiting for the farmer show up to you asking why are you on his land. 🧐Love these beautiful old farm houses, shame they are left to become derelict & over the years the fall in disrepair also the outbuildings & old farm equipment too.😢
Very interesting & beautiful place & awesome stone out building's ect. Would love to live there
The out buildings don't just look old, they look ancient. At the top of the black board does it not say 26 Chooks? I would say you were right about keeping track of each hen's number of eggs. The old cart with its wooden wheels is beautiful.

That's what I read.
Another old abandoned farmhouse out in the country with the several old sheds and vehicles in the yard this sure is a place that has been sitting abandoned for quite some time, the main house has a nice look about it and the inside has a lot of stuff left behind mainly garbage and old stuff of course but this is another great find especially out in the countryside on an old abandoned farmhouse and another really great video until your next video take care and Thank You. 🏘🇦🇺🏚🇦🇺🏚🇦🇺🏘
I used to have shoes like that back in the days
Wow. That is an old wagon.
At least these old places were built to last & have character, not like the rushed built homes of today. Thanks for showing these places off to the world, Paul!
Those rolls of fencing wire in that first large shed are worth some money now. Would have loved to see inside the shearing shed.
Show me the yellow Coca Cola crate...Collectable item dude.
Yet another great explore Paul. I agree, an unusual layout for a Federation home. Ute is a HD Holden, one of the more unloved models. The farm equipment relic is an early grain stripper, a forerunner to the harvester. The makers name was cast into the ornate footplate, could be a May Brothers which many were produced in Gawler, SA.
It would be amazing to see what this old property looked like in its glory
Thanks for this latest adventure share 😁 great natural lighting in that living room, the ceiling moulding quite impressive. Sad of course that the place appeared to have been ransacked some time ago.
Still watching mate,,, another good one.
That place really is grand! A well-to-do farmer's, I reckon back in the day🙂
love the old farm stone buildings
That house was enormous!
🌟Hi Paul, finally get a chance to watch my best favourite urban explorer! oh my gosh what an absolute beauty love it, that is definitely an old Holden Ute. Love all the old farming equipment just love it all what can I say I get a bit carried away! 🤭A grand piece of history in the countryside. Thank you so much again ❤😊x :-)
BACK TO THE COUNTRY 👍😃
Eight hours later and I wasn't disappointed. You were spot on Paul, a 1965/66 HD Holden Ute. Having had a small property in days gone by, I wouldn't mind having todays value of all the fencing wire in the shed in my bank account! 😀
Oh that wagon! Love it. What a lovely place, shame about the cracks, but would have been spectacular fully furnished and full of people. Thanks Paul
There is so much to look at gear left behind, etc. Those wall cracks are pretty bad, and the bird crap everywhere, shame this place would have been. Lovely back in the day. Thanks for sharing. Cheers, MM :)
Paul another oldie but goodie i really enjoy yourold explores the most so much history behind them
Great place I was there in August with werner
I enjoyed looking at this old place. Well done thank you.😊
Gorgeous large farm house. The white holden seen there there is a 1965 HD Holden ute. That was my dads first car.

Would have been really something back in it's day! Still gorgeous, they certainly don't build houses and sheds like that any more unfortunately. Lovely explore, thank you.🦘😊
29:10. Chicken hatchery. Feeders were hanging from the roof so rats couldn’t get to the grain and water source sitting on the floor. Maybe the sign on the wall was a chicken count or egg count.
The abandened old Federation farm property would have stood beautifully back in the day, with the grand exterior and spacious interior. So many sheds that most likely housed the horses, chickens and pigs. What a sad waste of such a unique property, where possibly renters might have been the last residents to live there.
Urbex Indigo thanks my friend for sharing with me another wonderful video i really enjoyed it so much the farm looked really old it didn't looked lived in for a very long time i am from the U.S.A and i always enjoy your channel and i always will show you support to your channel and i can't wait to see your next video and God Bless.

hi there buddy,,, Ed from BH ,,,USA
Yewwwww. And looks like a. Holden hr ute
Wow looking at the outside you would have thought the inside would have been in better shape but it was a really cool 😎👍 place
Paul I reckon that fridge in the shed was sitting on the generator block. I'm not surprised the house is cracking as the grass looks lush and green like it has high groundwater. Even the stone outbuildings has green right up to the roof. A real damp looking place
What a find Paul this is beautiful to say inside and out side lots of space to work with.Cracks are not all that bad jus wait for another 6 months it looks to fall . I really enjoyed this one thanks Paul be safe, watch out for snakes they move around alot.We had a cottonmouth a little 1 warming up on my deck .Love ya ;loads your friend Barbara NWP,FL
The building techniques look old. Then you see a sequence of modern up grades. I love the bathroom bath & sink, totally referbishable 1920s.
Interesting old house. Very unusual inside. It would be interesting to know the history of the property. I’m thinking it’s been a sheep stud because of the low sheds, largish shearing shed and the beautiful old wool wagon, which would’ve been horse drawn. The numbers on the board in the shed that had been converted to a chook shed would probably be egg tallies. I always wrote down a daily egg tally when I had chooks and sold free range eggs locally. Another interesting explore, thanks Paul. I wish other “explorers” were as respectful as you are. 🏆
Dam, I've got your jingle in my head now! Phonological loop.

Oh the jingle, no I turn it off then wait a while. Rest of shows are fantastic. As I have said previously; somebody or some council owners it as rates have to be paid or being paid. In reasonable condition for its situation.
That ute is an old 1965 HD Holden Ute, note the leading edge on the front of the front guards, it was one of Holden's flop models

HD Holden 65 - 66 one for sale for 75,000$ on just cars. if only I'd kept my HR special
wow the house inside looks good inside not is horrible, most of the house look beautiful at one time when the family lived inside it
Hello Paul, hope you are doing well. 9:41 It's weird how some things look like new and everything around it is dirty and worn.
Sure looks like it was a beautiful home
G'day Paul, that property must have taken a while too build up in free stone buildings and walls, not to mention that wool shed looks not that old, wonder what happened to let it go like that, and is it still a working farm?????, Thanks for the video, cheers mate, Neil 🤠.
The shed with the black board was a chock shed it said so on the black board & the round contains on the ground were feeders
I like the way there is still is clothing & helmets hanging up. Do you think maybe some young people have been coming there to ride dirt bikes or something? After the home was vacant but not too recently as some dust has accumulated on the clothing.
Looks like someone might have slept on the old sofa with that old sleeping bag there, for a while.
wow what a beaty i love it watch out for snakes please wear gumboots be carefull ok
Thàt must have been a busy place at one stage.
You missed the "chooks" on top of the tally board. Looks like a pile of chook poop too. 🤔😉
WOW!!! This is BEATIFUL!!! Shame about the large Cracks!!!
I saw this one on Warners channel a few months back
The old ute is a HD or HR Holden. Believe it or not someone would pay a decent amount to purchase it as is where is for a restoration project, born more realistically dream.
That board in the shed says something along the lines of a date for 1992 and 260 chooks. I wonder if the numbers are losses and on which date etc. because it definitely wouldnt equal eggs unless they are speaking in dozens but 1-2 dozen on some days doesnt work out for 260 chooks ha.
great tour young-un Paul ,,farmers never dis guard anything "never know when you'll need it " was my dads philosophy guess im the same that old Holden pickup if only the body was as tough as the V8 engine,,,,,,, it had aright old smack drivers side ,,,,, wrote it off did a few motor swop's back in my day,,,, ok paul seeya ,,,,Ed now in Beverly Hills ,,,,,sold the Double D,,, ranch in Arizona got bitten 3 times by Western Diamondback Rattlesnakes so im out,,,,,,,Ed
Yes It's a HR Holden from 1967
Probably was a beautiful home in its day.. It looks like it was possibly ransacked recently, due to a lot of the refuse on the floor doesn't have any dust or droppings. 🤔
I think it's a chicken pen they were feeders hanging up (red)
Nice place. I’m sure it was a beauty in it’s day. Strange that they put the toilet in such an unusual location. Better not have intestinal troubles or you might need to use the window and not the door 😂. No woman designed that layout that’s for sure.

Good spot for a zombie or something similar movie.

No back door and also no hallway. Very different.
unreal, what a waste
U really need to wear gloves!
Please wear gloves, to protect your hands. I just kept thinking you are putting your hands in rat or bird poop 💩. Be careful out there.
So who do you get permission from to enter people's property and to also post images of such on KZread and elsewhere which seems like an invasion of privacy and also trespassing if no authority has been given to be on these vacated properties.
