I have a 200sqm land and I want to have a nordic concept and light color house where kitchen and living room facing the backyard with some thai traditional colorful trees (flame tree, pink and white scented ones). It will be 6×10 each floor. I haven't decided yet how many rooms I want but the rooms must be wide enough.

I'm so glad the w/d are in the powder room and not the kitchen! The interior of the home is beautiful, love the staircase and windows, as always. I like the "common area" upstairs. There are 2 things I find impractical, however: 1) The kitchen is too small for the number of people who may be living there, even if it's only three people. There's no oven or dishwasher, and only a two-burner cook top. 2) Ideally, there should be another full bathroom upstairs.

Beautiful as always. The features I especially like are the upstairs common area and the gated carport. I am a little confused about the outside area with the sink on the opposite side since there's no egress. What is its intended use?

Ótima e linda casa!! Bem clean e bem planejada. Eu senti falta de um micro-ondas e de um forno convencional. Eu colocaria um sofá cama na sala para receber hóspedes. E no dormitório menor, eu substituiria a cama de casal por um beliche e colocaria uma escrivaninha com um notebook. Este segundo dormitório pode acomodar muito bem, dois filhos... Mas amei a casa... E sei que cada pessoa pode mudar a disposição das peças conforme as suas necessidades. Parabéns pelo bom gosto e pela criatividade! 🇧🇷 BRASIL 🇧🇷
