We want to see these types of projects on this channel. Architects usually work on a 1500 Sq Ft Plot and call that a small house. I wonder if they have ventured into real Indian urban spaces and see what most people can afford. Big plots with high budgets will bring in fancy elevations and crazy structures. But a real architect should be able to take up small projects and build something great with limited resources. I tip my hat to this architect. Keep making waves, it has an effect.

That’s the house of an entrepreneur and 99% of the people won’t prefer the architects because of the price. So they aren’t working for common people

I have seen hundreds of design videos but none uses three side closed plot such imaginatively...best

Architecture at its best. Every house should deserve attention. Size is never a obstruction it is a challenge worth taking.

I hope they get the elevator fixed quickly. Meeting guest in 1st floor, eating in 2nd floor, sleeping in 3rd n 4th floor. It ll be a punishment to the knees...

I have seen 1000s of videos of tiny homes but the architect has so wonderfully designed this home that it just mind blowing

Gr8 work. I've seen many such projects in Tokyo. If horizontal space is limited one can rise vertical. I liked the movable sieve grill thing. It enable fresh air as well as privacy. Our country needs more such projects where space is costly (Bombay, Delhi etc)

Excellent Design. As a minimalist i just loved it.

This house is unique in many so ways. Small yet practical and excellent use of those movable vents for both privacy and air flow. Smart use of the each and every space of the house. Zenithal lighting concept is such an underrated concept which thankfully has been in use more of late. Great work architects.

One of best budget houses for middle class. And the architect herself in front of the camera explaining should be done often. Good explanation.! Kudos.! Everyone should be able to build their dream house even in such confined spaces of city with the feature of connecting or keeping privacy as and when needed.

I seriously doubt that is a budget house the materials and finishes and the use of an architect push considerably past what one would consider a budget house in India or any country for that matter. It is however a well executed and handsome small house .

I am amused by the internal design and the idea of screening when required. Thanks for sharing!

The best small space house I have ever seen .But without an elevator,this is virtually impractical for kids and old.Even young would struggle going up and down the entire day.
