Loving the upstairs full bathroom...no dangerous trips down the stairs in the middle of the night!

Well done! 🙌❤ I miss one thing and one thing only in all your houses: and area as you enter the house, to change your outdoor shoes for your indoor shoe wear, to store shoes and outdoor clothes like coats, raincoats, umbrella, etc... Ang ganda po ng desenyo ng bahay soon magpapagawa na din ako sa bahay ko kaya lng hindi ko alam paano ang plan nito 60sqm ang lot ko house floor is 22sqm lang cguro hanap nlng ako ng design dito sa bahay
Ok, that was really weird. I actually got dizzy going up the spiral stairs! 😵💫 😂 I really like how spacious your layouts feel even when they're "tiny". And you've always got plenty of storage in the bedrooms. I did not see a W/D or a dishwasher so did I miss something? Also, that last step up on the staircase is too tall. I know it's just the video and can be fixed in reality, but some people may not realize that. Otherwise, a very nice plan that I would consider building for myself. Kudos!

Almost all your Videos look same. Same Enscape Assets & Same Textures & Lighting Profiles. Ffs atleast change your HDRI first. 😅 New Viewers might feel it good. But known viewers will easily skip your videos. Nothing new or innovative.
