Finally a tiny with a home office! As someone who WFH in analytics where I absolutely need space for at a permanent space with at least 1 monitor prefereably 2 I aboslutely love this house. You could have one bunk as the bedroom and the other as living space and still have the offce and be able to stand in all three. Then you throw in the bath tub and I'm melting. Love this ❤❤.

I love this build. There are very few things that I would change about it. So functional and beautiful.

Just gorgeous. I love seeing all the variations.. the bunkhouse is my favourite... Ive never seen anything like it.

What a darling, custom home (and so usable)! Your mastering SIPs is showing, sir, 😉 and must be amazing in our Texas' ever-changing weather. I'm convinced the utility bills must make the homeowner giggly. 😆Love it!!

Love the storage shed. I don't like the bed under the walkway. I would modify the window and spin the bed so the headboard is under the window and the feet go under the walkway. Then do some built ins under the walkway in terms of closet or drawers. Bathroom could be set up better by switching the sink and the toilet if you used a pocket door instead of a swing door. Also, there seems to be a lot of wasted space where the bench goes and the two chairs. Just my thoughts.

This is soooo close to what I want!!!! I really like your tiny house designs. The client design Tweeks are so informative. I plan on having a tiny in the next three years. Doing all my research now.....ya know....just learning

Love the light fixtures! Really nice variety. Such fun decorative pieces. Love it!

The homeowner brought her own stuff in to stage it for the open house! I think it looks gorgeous!

I TRUELY LOVE THAT THIS MODLE HAS A FULL TUB & SHOWER MOST OF THE ONES I SEE HAVE JUST A SHOWER. I LOVE THAT THE BACK HAS AN EXTRA STORAGE. IT'S NICE THAT THERE ARE 3 PLACES TO SLEEP. I WOULD HAVE A COUPLE SMALL TV'S MOUNTED IF IT WERE MINE. ONE IN LIVINGROOM 1 IN MASTER BR. THE SORAGE WOULDN'T HAVE SHELVES. MORE ROOM FOR LARGE BOXES AND STORAGE CONTAINETS. REMOVE BENCH AND CHAIRS FOR SMALL SOFA AND COFFER TABLE THAT AJUST FOR DINING.

I like this unit. Lots of window light! Good Use of Space here, too... but where I live , it is against zoning laws to have the bathroom off from the kitchen. An example of too much regulation, IMO.

Very nice, but I do wish the toilet wasn't visible from the kitchen. Could you swap the location of the toilet and sink?

Well, you guys have done it again! What a clever use of space and such a good design. I love the sitting room in the gooseneck - it looks really spacious and if the house is parked where there is a good view, I could picture just sitting at that desk all day and never getting anything done! It could be dangerous LOL The only thing that would worry me is the bed under the landing because I just KNOW I would hit my head on it constantly, but other than that, what an amazing home. What is that white thing on the left hand side in the storage loft? Is it storage or a wall? I always want to know what I can't see! ;-)

Thanks for watching! Pricing info is linked in the video description (and linked at the end of the video). Delivery is available all over North America and to any port for shipping overseas. However it might be less expensive to find a builder local to you that can build from our plans. Some of our plans are already available at our website and you can contact us to order any other plans we haven’t posted yet.

If you fill out our Planning Tool/Pricing Calculator and click submit you will receive an estimate plus the document called “Everything you need to know about building with Indigo River.” From there we can schedule a free phone consult with a Tiny Home Specialist or a Floor Plan Design Appointment with Peter. I wanted to ask if you ever visit a tiny home 6-12 months after delivery to show us how they have maybe added an awning or porch or deck? I would also like to see what they have done to the inside. It’s a big ask… but the exterior is so flat and boring.

Every once in a while we'll get photos of lived-in homes & share on social media or on the portfolio page for that home, but not videos so much. Maybe it's just my own experience but it's a nightmare changing sheets when the bed is pressed against the wall 3 out of the 4 sides.

104 degress...but it's a "dry" heat. lol

Why don't you post the prices of any of your homes?

Prices are so volatile that they are outdated within a month. Plus we’ve never built the same home twice so every home is priced a little differently & we don’t share the personal financial info of our customers. We keep the pricing page of our website updated with the most current prices. It’s much more efficient to update prices in one central location. Link is in the video description. Over 200,000 dollars for this tiny house!!

The landing on the entrance is annoying. Should be flat. The downstairs bed room with the landing above half the bed sucks. These builders aren't all that good and are lousy at design.

Well they build custom homes, therefore each house is going to be individualized to that specific persons wants and needs. If you don’t like certain features you don’t have to get them..
