Indigo Rivers is my very favorite. Especially because they have a few that would work the best for my family of 3. I really wanted to have them build one for me but rt now I'm income challenged 😂

You so rarely see a table and chairs in a tiny home. It's usually a breakfast bar, instead. I'd much rather sit at a table. Well done, Indigo Tiny Homes.

Oh my word....❤The downstairs bedroom and the tons of storage throughout. Love the cozy livingroom area. I would love something like this that could be on my daughters property. To me, your designs offer independence at its best.

I like this home. I would use the upstairs as a guest room/office area. I know there are using it as a living room but I would nix the reclining sofa and add something that could be a sofa by day and a bed at night. It would be great to have 2 bedrooms.

I love the custom storage ideas you implemented. The bathroom & kitchen are gorgeous!

Absolutely gorgeous! The view from the lounge area was lovely. The only thing I'd change if it were my own would be that the sofa could have a sleeper bed in case I got company.

Your homes keep getting better! This one is fabulous! I am impressed with the tile look fiberglass surround in the shower. I live the look of the tile but hate the upkeep of grout. Storage in the bedroom and bathroom are terrific too. Really great home and high tech

Well done! A lovely, well thought out layout. There are only a few changed I would make, including moving the sofa against the window wall rather than against the back wall.

I love this floor plan! I would get another double closet instead of the desk in the master, but that is the only major change I would require in mine.🌷💐

The outside is stunning, as is the bedroom and that second floor living room was an amazing surprise 😮! Changes I would make: instead of another cabinet in the bathroom I would utilize that extra space for stackable washer/dryer. In the kitchen, I wouldn't have a dishwasher or a microwave. I would prefer open shelving above the sink and a window lower. Also instead of that table, a foldable shelf ledge (I don't know the name). It could be used as an eating space but also as a work space.

I love the kitchen. Small, efficient and functional. So much storage!!!

I think you are the best Tiny Home builder out there & this is is exactly what I want when I finally pull the trigger on getting one! Outstanding job.

That little hideaway cubbie needs to be converted to another room! The kid in me wants to play in there! It would be great for a toddler's room or playroom. Love the house. The color of the kitchen cabinets is gorgeous!

This is very nice. I love the kitchen. It may sound strange but I would rather have a small seating area in the kitchen than a table and chairs - like two comfy chairs. I can use folding tray tables for eating if I need it. I'd let my son have that upstairs area. I can't do stairs. I really like this one. It's roomy but cozy. And simple. I don't need much. I love the cabinets

I really like this design. Something I pondered was If the bed had been a Murphy bed what are the other possible uses for that room? Granted the length of your windows wouldn't be as long in order to accommodate such a bed.

Lol - it’s true! It’s built for all of that.

Where is the ladder to get to the plants on top of cabinets..and top 2’ sections of wardrobes? Can’t use them at all with no ladder and storage for ladder! What about a broom closet? No place for cleaning supplies either! You use every inch, but left out a couple of practical needs!

Do you build units that are Montana capable?????

I only see one outlet in the kitchen and it's by the cooktop, so there's no place to put a coffee maker or toaster. To me it doesn't look livable. It's pretty, but I think I'd feel claustrophobic in there - especially the living room area.

There are outlets on either side of the kitchen countertops. They are white so maybe hard to see on the video?

I have a question…can the upstairs room be utilized as a bed room? What size bed can be used up there ?

Yes. Queen bed. You could fit a king but wouldn’t be able to walk around it.

I understand why the hinges for the entry door are on the exterior, but how do you make it safe for the occupants? Can't the hinges be popped off and the door removed, all from outside?

Keep hope alive and work toward your dream!

Don't mean to be overly critical but there are some issues with that design. There is no living room on the first floor. Putting it in the loft will require that your guests have to climb the stairs which may be a problem for some. Electrical equipment takes up a lot of space in that room. That space should be redesigned. With a smaller room, more than sufficient for your equipment, you can free up the remaining space using it as a separate loft for guests. You won't have to expose it as it would be an eye sore.

Great homes but who wants an overhead cupboard hitting you in the face while you're using the sink, lol... terrible!
