People can say it is overpriced all they want but, what they fail to realize is the quality construction and materials you put into each home you build. Bottom line is, you get what you pay for and I would buy this home in a heartbeat, if I could afford it. It is beautiful and extremely well constructed!🌷💐

It’s true! We don’t want to build disposable housing. (Like so many “contractor grade” homes & apartments built these days. And then mobile homes… Don’t get me started on how fast they fall apart!) Thanks for watching Patricia!

This is a very beautiful, luxurious home!! Love that huge tub! The furnishings, storage is very nice!

I wish you all would do more tours of your units after they have been purchased and decorated by the owner. It is so wonderful to see how people adjust to living in a tiny space so creatively and artistically. ❤❤❤

THANK YOU for putting a kitchen in the front. I would like to see one w the sink under a front bay window, or a front bay window coffee nook. But with the kitchen taking up that front U so to speak. I would want there to be a counter top or island separating the kitchen from the living space too. And I also prefer stairs to be in an L and not taking up half a room. GREAT laundry bathroom. LOVE The tub.

Really love what you've done ESPECIALLY with the tub shower. I would take out the double sink anything to make room for washer and a dryer. LOVE the access to the bed.

I believe composite is the word you are looking for for the kitchen sink. They are made with ground granite chips and other materials which hold it all together. I love mine.

At first , I had questions about the pricing but I understand it’s standard in today’s economy. Not only that , the previous owners are selling everything with the house & if you’ve seen the sofa, fridge, washer, ect… you would know that it’s well over 1k. This is really nice

OK, here's the thing about soaking tubs: they need a VIEW WINDOW. Assume this house will be placed in the woods or on top of a gorgeous foothill. The owner can put up blinds or curtains. But it needs a VIEW!

2 EXTRA OUT DOOR STORAGES AND A WHOLE BATHTUB WITH SHOWER ABOVE I'M GUESSING IF BUYER REQUESTED SLIDE DOOR OF SOME VARIETY YOU COULD ADD. HOW MUCH IS THIS, WITH TAXES?

As tiny houses go, this model is beautiful! However, I'll never understand why people pay as much for 390 sq ft as they would for a comfortable 1600 sq ft full sized home??

I think it depends on where your located. In many major cities even in Texas you can't find a decent house for less than 300k that's not a fixer upper. If you want the flexibility of moving around and stay in a nice place near the city I could see how it could be a good financial option. Especially if you have cash and don't want to deal with property taxes. Although I will say all of that aside it's still super expensive lol

People are interested in tiny home living for many reasons other than affordability. These are significantly less expensive than most homes in many states. Less maintenance, decreased carbon footprint & energy efficiency are important to many people looking at this lifestyle. I have an 1800 Sq ft home in NJ without a mortgage but utilities, taxes & maintenance make it problematic. Living alone aside from my pup, I use less than 1/3 of the space. The other big appeal is the ability to move the home if you need to change locations. As was said earlier these are well made homes with excellent craftsmanship & you get what you pay for.

Where I'm living you cannot get a livable house for less the 300k. Even a house that is practically condemnable starts at 250k

Still ya'll are asking too much for your houses on wheels... compared to other builders. 😮😢 Never understood the placement of walls, windows, stairs where the TV was never in direct line of a couch, always catty cornered or way off center.😮😢

Unfortunately other builders skimp on trailers & materials. (We only know of a small handful of builders that don’t skimp on the trailer.) 😢 Sadly the cost of doing business & materials have increased so much since 2020 this is what we have to charge to continue to have work for our team & to continue serving the tiny home folks that want custom, high-quality homes. Hyper-inflation is real and it hurts every industry. 💔

I really wish you would finish off your bike sheds. Nothing brings down the spirits like exposed insulation.

It's really nice. I'll give it that. I mean, it does lack character on the outside that's just me personally. what gets me is the tiny house movement started so people that couldn't afford traditional housing had an option and people who just wanted to downsize now look at the price of these things it's absolutely ridiculous. $170,000 for this thing normally $233,000 what in the hell? I just can't wrap my mind around it it's absolutely ridiculous that you can go buy a traditional house for those prices and way less

Yes, your observations are what keep me from going this route. After you buy the house, you still have to pay rent to park it somewhere. A nice park is usually $600 a month or more.

You're forgetting the other costs that come with a "traditional" home. If you're on the east coast as I am, taxes, utilities; electricity, gas, water sewage & overall maintenance are all insanely high. That's what you're getting for your payment when you utilize a tiny home community or park- again much less than living on your own land.

That is the worst tour of any tiny home I’ve ever seen. Do they not know the product they’re trying to endorse? Farm house sink, glass counter tops? Talking about the wardrobe but not opening it…. Jeez… I think they should have practiced it prior to filming it they look ill informed 😳
