Hi Brook .. I'm glad to see your comments here. We love cats too. We live beside a highway .. so have had several hit over the last 12 years. I uses an old satellite dish as the roof and bent 3 10ft. lengths of "top rail" pipe for woven wire fencing. Most old dishes are about 10 ft. across .. so I used 6 top rails .. to go around on the inside of the dish top and bottom. These are connected with small rebar through holes in the pipe that are welded in place. There is 2 x 4 welded wire that goes all around the cage. Inside I have a small cedar tree that is fastened to the ground. The tree has several limbs that have been cut off flat with rounded flat piece of cedar fastened in place .. like shelves at different levels. There is room for several boxes, pet carriers, etc. that can be for hides. In the winter you can put plastic sheeting up as a wind break etc. You could set up something like this and connect it to your house. I'm sharing the idea so you can consider it .. maybe look around for someone who could put that together for you. You have a nice looking place .. and the size is great!! I don't like the narrow 8 ft'ers. 🙂

Oh what a lovely lady. Her cats are so lucky to have her for their carer. It’s so beautiful that she has taken their needs into consideration when she purchased her tiny home. Such an amazing trend for divorced people to go into tiny living. Brooke is amazing and has fabulous decorating choices. The Catio is the winner yet the matching sink and shower tile in the bathroom was a close second. Perfect color choices. I too reinvented myself after a separation and returned to college at age 30. Brooke is already an accomplished nurse and is impressively continuing to further her education. I'm happy to see that she survived the pandemic and is moving positively forward into the future. The only negative I see in the future for the HOA style tiny home communities will be the potential endless rent increases similar to what happens in mobile home parks.

This is the finest home I have seen to date. The owner really thought it through and being a cat person myself, I really appreciated the spaces she considered for them! Mn❤

😊I love it when these houses look like normal shaped house on the outside. It's a Me "issue" but homes that look like large shoeboxs make me anxious. 🙆

This might be my favorite tiny house ever. It is so well designed and very livable. I love the kitchen with the counter bar, in particular.

11' wide is the way to go 8' wide just too cramped. Price is ridiculous though.... for 399sq.ft defeats whole purpose of affordable living Very nice layout though & build. Especially great it's on a concrete foundation, which is not cheap.

The layout of this home is perfect! One of the few tiny homes that actually looks like a regular large home! Again, great layout and beautiful home!

I absolutely love this Tiny Home. After searching for five years, this floor plan is exactly what I am looking for. 11’ by 34’ perfect size. House layout is awesome. How do I get ahold of the builder? I I have my own property. I am seriously interested and would like to further discuss with the builder. Thanks!!

I love your home and everything you did with it. The only thing I would change for myself would be all the wood. I would rather sheet rock walls.👍

1) I love the fact that you have a real staircase. So many mini homes have little narrow risers attached to the wall. 2) Yes! Larger kitchen and smaller living room. Great decision. 3) Only part I question- the low ceiling, low space bedroom. Getting dressed is so important. I'd end up with bruised arms and hands. I do see there is some space in front of your closet. 4) Your cats are beautiful. They look like they have some Oriental in the mix. MUCH HAPPINESS!

Really great layout, the kitchen is very nice. I would have tried to find a slightly smaller refrigerator as I don't think a single person needs a full size fridge and included some sort of pantry in the saved space. Bathroom is really nice, too, though I would have opted for a non-closet there.

The one thing I would change is switching the placement of the toilet and the little closet area and adding either a bifold door on the closet or a sliding door that slides in front of the toilet. This would make it feel a little more open and roomy, especially having all of that open space in front of you while you're on the toilet instead of squeezing back into that little nook with the vanity right in front of you. I would also possibly put double bifold doors or those doors that you can open and then slide them back along each wall for the laundry area. Or maybe even a curtain. It would just give it a much cleaner, cohesive look and you wouldn't have to have the laundry machines right there in front of you while you're trying to relax on the couch. Other than those minor details, the layout is pretty perfect and it has everything you need! 😊

this tiny house has a great design, size on the rooms are perfect and the ability to have full size appliances, and a place to stand up right outside the bedroom.

I love a mini window in the shower! I had one once I could hear the birds while showering. It was awesome.

Brooke, Molly and Buster, y’all are nestled into a wonderful, cozy home. I nearly fell off my feet at this video as I realized Brooke and her fur babies would be our neighbors about now if we hadn’t changed tiny home course in mid-stream. We had the corner lot next to her reserved and would be settled on it now, but we decided to not leave Texas for family reasons. What an amazingly small world. We are now in our tiny in Texas instead of Arizona, though we had been looking forward to the Luxtiny, Pinetop-Lakeside environment. You created a delightful home, Brooke. Enjoy.

I have to say that I absolutely love this home..what a great job on floor plan...makes me think about building my own..the one thing I would do differently is put a wood burning stove in where your litter box is located and make the catio a bit larger and put litter box out there.. I do love this home. So well thought out, and I really like the warmth that the wood walls & ceiling adds. I do wonder if the fireplace can heat the entire home when it is cold outside. I think you should put a gazebo in your yard (or a patio with a fire pit) - you have a really nice location, and you’ll enjoy being outside there.

This is such a beautiful layout.

I love the layout, especially being able to stand up in the loft. However, it appears that the bathtub is installed backwards. There is a slanted end where you lay back to relax while soaking and a vertical end where your feet go. The slanted end is under the faucet head, so you can't lay back without hitting your head. Might want to ask the builder about turning it around. Otherwise you are missing out on the full functionality of the tub.
