I have been following The Chosen every since The Shepherd first showed up on Facebook. In fact, I was one of the original crowdfunding investors. Why am I just finding these vignettes now? Brilliant.

The same scene is much better in The Chosen where Jesus explains to Nicodemus about the kingdom of God. Jonathan Roumie's performance as Jesus is great here, but I think a lot better in The Chosen.

Well, Eric is a BEAST!! And if you watch Jonathan's recent interviews there's also an internal trans formative process that allowed him to become that much more vulnerable.

This is amazing! Wonderful writing and excellent actors! I’m here searching for some of Dallas Jenkins’ previous work before “The Chosen” series. It’s all good.

he portrays the character perfectly. Makes the character look so real and true to life. All glory to the Most High God!

Umm, Jim Caviezel is great at what he did. Specially the part when he sees his mother when he's carrying the cross. Both things are COMPLETELY DIFFERENT GIGS.

The ONLY perfect Jesus is the one true Christ of Nazareth. Please don’t be like the people of Israel who lost faith in the invisible God and made a golden image of a brazen bull. Jonathan Roumie is a great actor and his portrayal is beautiful, but he’s a flawed human being and the ONLY perfect Jesus is the real Jesus.

I had only seen the chosen jesus.This one is absolutely the best.Jonathan who shid proud of ur genetics nd ur ancestors who have passed down their legacy in a wonderful actor nd person so devoted to jesus like u. Not many movies/series are bold enough to enter the Tomb, but to see within, part of the rites that would have been performed, (such as the washing of the Saviours body), is memorable, to say the least. Bualadh Bos.

No. It was made for Harvest Bible Chapel as one of their video series for their sermons. Pretty cool that Dallas just went back to Jonathan for the Chosen because he did so well in the videos.

Glad l'm seeing these done in a slightly different way Than The Chosen. Good on Dallas for using his time, talent, and treasure for The Kingdom of Heaven. ''Born of water, and Spirit'' refers to Ezekiel 36:25. That was the 'hint' Jesus gave Nicodemus. a good teacher leads his students. GLORY to Jesus!

Not sure which version I like better, this one or the one from "The Chosen" both are great. And Jonathan Roumie as Jesus, both performances are spot on. Could be from the same take.

I might be wrong, but I think there is no full movie and they only made a few vignettes. But the actor portraying Jesus here and the same director have also worked on "the chosen" series, which you should check out!
