in order to make a visible shockwave from a punch, you would need to punch faster than the speed of sound, so Baldur can punch at a speed exceeding 1,200 kilometers per hour, and that's a lot of freaking force, and Kratos just walks it off like nothing. oh, and people need to stop hating on Angrboda and Thor, he is absolutely that fat, and absolutely had red hair, and there are almost no visual representations of Angrboda, so for all we know she could be asian. and the three people i choose to defend me from Kratos are Atlas, Baldur and Poseidon, Atlas literally lifts THE ENTIRE GREEK WORLD, Baldur is basically indestructible, and Poseidon has possibly the most powerful weapon in all of greek mythology.

As for gods leaving things around, or unguarded or something, look at the stories of fire, Pandora's box, the blade of Olympus, etc. It happens a lot.
