- 2-3 tbsp Mustard Oil
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Asafoetida
- 6-8 Curry Leaves
- 1 tbsp Ginger Paste
- 700 gms Cauliflower Florets
- 1/2 cup Green Peas
- Salt
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tbsp Water
- 1 cup Radish Pods (chopped)
- 3 Green Chillies (chopped)
- 1/4 tsp Coriander & Cumin Seeds Powder
- 1/4 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- Coriander Leaves (chopped)

    Very fresh and tasty! We don’t have access to radish pods this time of year in the US, but will keep them in mind for the future. We grow radish in the spring and summer here, and get the pods in early fall. Regardless, I will be making this recipe tonight with green beans instead to add more healthy green veg!
