Nice video. Got a new sub. I recently started a new job at a startup after years with a established company and going from Outlook to Gmail was rough. Funny enough I use Gmail for personal email but trying to use it for work was a different beast. Great tips!

How can you "move" labels to organize them. I specifically want my labels to start with Inbox followed by Sent and then followed by deleted. How can I move the labels to organize them? Thank you.

With regards to "Conversation View" under email threading...What can I do if for example I get emails from the same company (leads) but they are separate leads. How can I still have conversation view turned on but have those emails come in separately? Possible?

Thanks for info Scott! I've got a petty issue. How do you block senders profile pic/avatar from their emails? Ex- I get an annoying email from an equally annoying person. I realize its probably me not them but is there a fix for this?

You can block the sender as a whole. But I'm not aware of a way to just block the profile pic itself.

Only problem I faced is while viewing the multiple conversations, I have to scroll all the way down to the bottom just to read the latest messages. I want it in ascending order. Any suggestions how can customise that.

How did you get that mouse click with the screen effect?

How to I move the labels up or down in the left pane. I cant seem to do it in my gmail inbox. They are all stuck at the bottom.

My gmail screen looks nothing like what you are illustrating. My settings icon is on the bottom left. When I click, I do not see quick setting. I see a long list of items beginning with Manage Accounts. I am trying to get my view to be the new gmail view. I don't know what I am looking at. Please help.

The meet & chat views can be hidden by clicking the hangouts icon that's in the bottom left, right behind your logo. Fewer clicks, same result.

Conversation view does not work for shared mailboxes. If you reply to an email with a generic subject it will include all other emails with the same subject, regardless of whether or not they are part of the same thread
