do you also have the problem, when you set up the brightness to 80% or higher, that your monitor gets a little red line of pixel errors in the exact middle of the screen? had it right after setting it on 80%....after about 5 minutes...so i resettet it and it was gone again...now i use 65% brightness and its all cool after about 4 days

Nice job. Wouldn't an RTX 3070 be able to push the highest frame rates on Ultra settings for every game? I just ordered this monitor for a gaming laptop with a very low-end GPU (GTX 1650 mobile), and yeah, I'm worried. But I figured I've been able to play on ultra settings even on a game like Cyberpunk 2077 at 60fps (with a 1080p 32" 60hz Samsung monitor), so I technically should be able to continue gaming at those settings at maybe 30fps on a 2k monitor? We'll see. I may have made a mistake getting this monitor with such a low end graphics card.

@@hhhasib44 Turns out, I predicted correctly. I can run games at the full 2k, highest settings, but my fps was essentially cut in half. Where I used to get 60 fps, now I'm getting 30 fps and lower. I can cut the settings down to High to jump up to 40 fps, or Medium for 50-60 fps. Not a great tradeoff. But I do love this monitor anyway. 2k videos are crisp and clear, and many games actually work fine and look a lot better. But big AAA games on the highest settings or with the monitor at above 60hz, really cuts the fps down. I can no longer play Cyberpunk 2077 on anything higher than Medium settings without it becoming a slide show. So it's the computer I will need to upgrade. Unfortunately of course it's a laptop, so I'll really just need to get a computer with a more powerful GPU to take advantage of this monitor. At least I'm ready for the future. Or at least more than I was before. We're not talking about a Samsung Neo G9 here.

yea man u aint getting 60 fps on cyberpunk ultra settings constantly unless u have a Rtx 3060 and up lol

It's hard to say for certain, but a GTX 1650 mobile may struggle to push high frame rates on the GIGABYTE G32QC at its native 1440p resolution, especially on ultra settings in more demanding games. However, you should still be able to enjoy gaming on this monitor at lower settings or with less demanding games. If you find that you're not satisfied with the performance, you may want to consider upgrading your GPU in the future. cnl

and i think there is some error with the FPS counter ...that needs an update...it cannot be that i do have with an RTX2080TI OC constantly over 165 FPS in warzone on 2k...thats false that can not...so i do believe its a bugg

I have this monitor but refreshrat in games goes on 60hz in monitor settings and in warzone its locked on 60hz Need help pls! Btw i checked every setting about refresh rate on windows and nvidia control panel

You need to use the Display Port, not HDMI which only allows slower refresh

What are the best settings for this? Just bought mine and am disappointed with the picture quality... I have an Acer 32" 1080p curved that cost less than half and it looks so much better...

I just received this monitor yesterday and already I'm annoyed and thinking of returning it... This is advertised as a zero bezel monitor, which may makes you think that you'll get the image to strecth accross the entire screen... WROOOOOOONG! Somehow Gigabyte thought it was a good idea to have a 1/4" black panel border all around which in reality looks like any normal bzeled monitor. That zero-bezel is actually a 3/8" bezel... just too bad.

Yeah unfortunately most monitors are advertised that way so I see where you are coming from. Confusing for consumers for sure!

@@DigitalDavid Just after posting my comment I watched a bunch of other monitor reviews and you're right, they're all the same, it's my first "nice" monitor so I was expecting something that doesn't exist I guess, I'll get used to it :) One thing that really triggered me though is that Gigabyte are actually showing a product image with an image stretched up to the bezel on their website, which I concluded was fake. No big deal, I will enjoy the monitor as it is. for $399, I don't think it gets better than this.
