In the beginning, feast. Eat as much fatty red meat as you can. It will keep you full and help fight cravings.
Thanks! We just started at the same time...currently finished with my first week as well and excited to push through!
If you're giving up caffeine too, I suspect you also get more energy after cutting it out, besides becoming fat-adapted.

I used to fast all the time, think it’s very good. When you’re eating carnivore, you’re in your fasted state pretty much all the time. I think this is meant to be our natural metabolic state and why we feel so good when we fast
I’m never too full to crave dessert
