Another successful repair, nice to see these given a new lease of life. As for a new video idea, it would be fun - if you have a sacrificial engine - to see what happens if you remove the governor and just let it run to max revs (whatever they may be) and how long it can maintain that speed. Thanks for sharing.

In the main jet direktion is a lttle plastik puup you can pull out (if its a china carb) then you can adjust it

Most of the free ones I've picked-up, had dried fuel lines and cracked primer bulbs.

Your right, most of them the fuel systems are in horrible shape, was surprised with these, and if redmax carburetors were adjustable i could have got by with the old carburetor more then likely. But, 20 dollar carburetor on a free weedeater, and it has plenty of power! Thanks for Watching!!!

Do you know if the old homelite bandit is made by redmax? It looks similar to the 2 you have here. The carburetor on the bandit is a simple walbro. It's light as a feather and runs like a banchi. Thanks for the video!

I don't think they are, but I'm not 100% sure on that to be honest. I don't think these are walbro carburetors but I could be wrong, they have a weird slide throttle plate that I've only seen on redmax. I like a good light weedeater, my stihl fs250 weighs a ton! Thanks for Watching!!!
