The funny thing about GGG is he doesn't look deadly or anything. Just look like any ordinary nice guy that's a little goofy. Those guys are the deadliest.

I mean. cotto, canelo, marquez, pacquiao, mosley, etc. hes beat more champions than anyone to step in the ring ever. period point blank. you don't have to like it. but respect it

Cheap? It's not cheap. It's just not fun for you because you don't like defensive fighters. No one really other than floyd has successfully pulled his style off. Canelo has tried, and to some extent it worked, but who knows if the guy is cheating or not at this point. Wouldn't even be surprised if this test was a facade to bitch out from the fight like McGregor did recently.

That's hard work. A LOT of hard work. (And it was just the freakin' warmup.) Rather than even attempting that I think I will leave my layer of blubber on my stomach and simply delude myself that underneath I DO have abs.

Don’t know how they count their sit-ups. If it’s only the first 100 real sit ups then he must do 10 to 20 workouts/ day to get to 1000-2000 sit ups, to much. Below the vid they say this workout count for a 1000 sit ups, then 2 workout / day for the 2000 needed : to low. I’ve done this workout and counted ~550 rep of any ab work : 100/100/60/100/90/50/50. Let’s say 500 sit ups for that. It means that to complete the 2000 you have to do 4 workouts a day. Seems correct. So I tried haha I started when I first saw the vid in September 2020. I already was doing abs workouts since January 2020, starting to really nothing. I’ve done 1 entire set and was really f tired ( without the ab roll ). -> 1 day rest/1 day workout for 2 weeks It was 👌 Then for 2 month ( because not that much time to put on abs ) : -> 1 workout/day The workout was hard at first but your abs gets it fast ( 2weeks). At the end I was just doing it to wake me up in the morning. Then for a week : -> 2 workouts a day, one the morning, one before lunch 👌 Not that hard, just the roll ab ( not doing it every time I must admit ) is difficult. Finally, today I’ve tried the 2000 goal. It wasn’t really really difficult because I have like a year of training ( even if at the start I was struggling to do 50 sit-ups ). It was : one the morning, one before lunch, one around 3pm and the last around 7pm. Let’s remember, after that abs workout ggg was doing his real workout ! I won’t be doing this anymore because each workout is 15minutes and I don’t have 1hour/day to put only on abs. My goal for 2021 is to do 1000 a day so just 30 minutes/day : 365 000 sit-ups in total 😋. I don’t think it will be hard because every time I do sit-ups is just to let my brain rest a little of the study. Conclusion : no i don’t have abs 😂😂, well I have abs I can feel it and it can be seen at the end of the workout but I’ve been eating to much so... YES doing jump rope will help you more having those abs you really want haha 😂 Thanks for reading me, sorry for my English it’s not my born language, I wish the best life and health for you and your family and most of all the best abs workouts 😂🤝

Nobody mentioned bodybuilding. Just because you can be fat and still have power doesn't mean training like an animal wouldn't make you perform better. Training hard would obviously give more power but most importantly would give cardio/endurance that would set you apart from most heavyweights
